Thus Says The Lord-Who God Says He Is, His Commandments and Promises

"1 Thessalonians 5:17 - Pray Without Ceasing - Friday Morning Prayer"

Good morning everyone I hope you're having a blessed day thankful to God for waking us up this morning filling in this morning for Pastor Zee and then thanking God for the opportunity to come to him in prayer in partnership with my brothers and sisters in Christ so let us go to the Father in prayer.

Heavenly Father, you are so merciful. You are so kind. You are so awesome. And every day you remind us of just how glorious you are. And even through the trials and the challenges that we face Heavenly Father.

You are with us through these trials and challenges, Heavenly Father. And in such a time as this, when our hearts are so heavily burdened, Heavenly Father, by all that we're seeing going on around us, both nationally and internationally, locally, even in our homes, our families, Lord, with all that we see.

We do feel greatly troubled sometimes, Father. But Jesus said to cheer up to cheer up because he has conquered the world. And whatever we're going through right now, it is momentary.

It is not forever and because we are your children, there is a greater life, a greater peace, an everlasting life that is awaiting for us when all of this goes away and we will be united with Christ.

So we thank you, Heavenly Father, that we can stand on this truth, even as we go through all the things that we're going through, Heavenly Father, we stand on the truth that Jesus Christ is with us, that he has not left us orphans, that he has brought his Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father, to dwell in us, Heavenly Father, to groan for us, to pray for us, to speak to us, to lead us, to show us the path that we should walk in, Heavenly Father, to give us discernment, to give us understanding, to give us knowledge, to give us strength, and to give us power, Heavenly Father.

So my prayer, Heavenly Father, for all my brothers and sisters in Christ is that we will remember that we have the power we have the power of the Holy Spirit your power Heavenly Father and  with this power we can walk in triumph we can walk in victory.

Knowing that the enemy despite how he may come at us in all the ways he may come at us he has already been defeated. He may try to convince us that he is more strong than he is, but he has already been defeated.

And as long as we remember that he has been defeated, we will not be defeated by his schemes, no matter what form or shape they come in. He has been defeated.

So Father, I just lift up right now each and every one of my brothers and sisters in Christ, those who are on the call, those all around the world, Heavenly Father, that we don't even know their names, but nevertheless, you have united and combined us through the power of your Holy Spirit.

And it is in this power that we find strength, unity, and the ability to conquer and to do all that you are requiring us to do, Heavenly Father. I pray for the unity of Christ's body. I pray for us to walk in the fruits of the Holy Spirit.

I pray for us to fulfill the calling that you have placed on each and every one of our lives, Heavenly Father. I pray that where we have been feeling weary, you will give us strength, Heavenly Father.

I pray for where we have been feeling discouraged and defeated, you will restore our energy, Lord, that you will turn our eyes off of our pain, off of the situations that we're dealing with, Heavenly Father, and on to you.

Jesus said, to look up. So I pray, Heavenly Father, that all my brothers and sisters in Christ, we will keep looking up, Heavenly Father, not out, not out at the situations and the foolishness and the great evil that is upon this world, Heavenly Father.

But up to you, up to your life, up to your light, Heavenly Father. Help us to keep in mind and keep ever before us the truth of your light the truth that we will be united with Christ.

When all is said and done we will be with you we stand on and we believe in the promises of your word, we stand covered by the blood of Jesus Christ the precious shed blood shed by Jesus Christ for us Heavenly Father.

So that in this moment we can confidently approach your throne of grace knowing that you hear our prayers knowing that Jesus stands advocating for us even when the enemy would seek to condemn and accuse us Jesus Christ stands praying for us advocating for us.

Advocating for us, saying to the enemy that no, these are mine. These are mine. They are forgiven, they are healed, they are loved, they are covered. Lord, you know all the spoken and unspoken prayers on each and everyone's hearts, Heavenly Father.

And for each and everyone's hearts to his own this call Heavenly Father I pray Lord that you will incline your ears to their prayers and I pray Heavenly Father that they will never cease in praying because your word is true pray, pray always, always and we can pray always Heavenly Father.

We can pray always so give us give us the strength to pray always even when it seems like the answers aren't coming help us to pray always because in praying always you are growing in us a strength and a disciplined Heavenly Father.

That we are going to need Heavenly Father because we know what's coming is far worse than what we're seeing right now. But we do not fear. We do not fear because we are covered by Jesus Christ's blood.

We are united with one another and we are united with Christ. And because we are in Christ and Christ is in you, we are with you. So I thank you, Heavenly Father. I just praise your name. I just give you all the glory and honor.

I just thank you for this time that we can pray. I just thank you, Lord, for how far you have taken us, how once we lived as sinners, Heavenly Father, and though we are still sinners in our hearts, Heavenly Father, we don't want to sin.

We want to walk in righteousness. We want to be right in your eyes, Heavenly Father. We want to walk in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, and self-control, Heavenly Father.

How we need self-control in this day where control, there is no self-control. Let it not be so with us, Heavenly Father. Help us to control our mouths. Help us to guard our minds, help us to guard our hearts, Heavenly Father.

Help us to always examine ourselves, Heavenly Father to see and to ensure that we are walking in your way. Lord I just praise you, I just thank you I just give you all the glory and honor.

And I just when I think when I think Heavenly Father of how far you have brought each and every one of us I can't do anything but praise you I can't praise you enough, Heavenly Father.

Thank you for pulling us up out of the filth that we once were in. Thank you for continuing to strengthen and prune us, Heavenly Father, even when it's so painful. The pruning is so painful sometimes, Heavenly Father.

But the more you prune us, the more we bloom. Let us not be like the fig tree that had leaves and no fruit. Help us to bear fruit, Heavenly Father, and let us not deceive ourselves, let us not be deceived, and let us not deceive anyone else, Heavenly Father.

Lord, you are so merciful. You are so gracious. You are so kind. We love you. We love you, Lord and we join our faith together and our voices together crying out we love you Heavenly Father.

We praise you we thank you, we glorify you we lift you up, you are the one true God the Almighty we join our voices with the heavenly voices that praise you every day saying holy, holy, holy Lord God Almighty. We join with a chorus of angels to give you praise, glory, and honor.

And now, Father, I pray that you will go before us this day, that you will give us this day our daily bread, that you will forgive us our trespasses, help us to forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, Lord, but deliver us from the evil one.

For Yours is the kingdom, Yours is the power, and Yours is the glory forever and ever in Jesus' name we pray this with confidence and love, Amen. Amen, family I pray you have a blessed day walking in the truth that you are a child of the Most High God.

Walk in that truth and be strong and of good courage. Do not fear, do not be dismayed. God loves you. We love you. Have a blessed day.
