In The Presence Of God/The Lord

"Revelation 7:11-12 - Thanksgiving And Honor And Power And Might Be To Our God Forever And Ever Amen!"

A good morning to you everybody. I hope you had a wonderful night, well rested and ready for another day in the Lord, let us go to the Lord in prayer. He that dwells in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

We will say of the Lord, he is our refuge and fortress our God in him we will trust. Surely he shall deliver us from the snare of the fowler and the noisome and pestilence. He shall cover us with his feathers under his wings shall we trust.

His truth is our shield and buckler thy shall not be afraid, another flight by day, or the person that walks in dark, or the destruction that was started noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not come near us. You will only look with your eyes and will we be hold to see thee reward of the wicked.

Because they have made the Lord God was our office most high, even thy dwelling place no evil shall be fall us neither any plague shall come near us. Neither shall because he has given his angels charge over us to keep us in our ways.

Lest we dash our foot against a stone. You shall tread upon the lion and the adder. The young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. because he has set his love upon us therefore we will deliver him.

We will set him on high because he has known our name. We will be with him in trouble. We will honor him and we will deliver him and with long life we will satisfy him and show him our salvation. Brothers and sisters we are looking at being in the presence of God.

The scripture that always keeps coming in my mind in his presence, there's fullness of joy, and there are pleasures forevermore, and for today's reading we are in the Book of Revelation.

Now brothers and sisters, you have an instruction every time you get to the Book of Revelation. Every time you see scripture from the Book of Revelation please read it aloud, because that comes with blessings.

So here we go, Revelation 7, after these things I saw 4 angels standing at the four corners of the Earth. Hoarding the four winds of the earth that the wind should not blow on the earth. On the sea or any tree, then I saw another Angel ascending from the east.

Having the feel of the living God and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the Earth and the sea saying do not harm the earth, the sea or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.

And I heard a number of those who were sealed. 144 thousands of all the tribes of the children of Israel were sealed and the tribe of Judah 12,000, Tribhuvan 12,000, tribe of Guards 12,000, tribe of Asher 12,000,  Simeon 12,000, Levi 12,000, Issachar 12,000, Zebulun 12,000, Joseph 12,000, Benjamin 12,000.

Which brings the number to 144,000. People from the tribe of Israel that was filed on their foreheads. And after these things, this is John writing. After he saw this I looked and behold, a great multitude which no one could number of all nations tribes peoples and tongues.

Standing before the throne and before the land. Clothed with white robes with palm branches in their hands and crying out with a loud voice saying salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne and to the land.

All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and four living creatures and fell on their face before the throne and worshipped God, saying Amen blessing and glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever, Amen.

Then one of the elders answered saying to me, who are these arrayed in white robes? And where did they come from? And I said to him, Sir you know, so you say to me these are the ones who came out of the great tribulation and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the lamb.

Therefore they are before the throne of God and served him day and night in his temple and he who sits on the throne will dwell among them. They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirsty anymore.

The sun shall not strike them, nor any heat for the lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.

I am grateful that we serve a God who shows us things to come. For us to fall in love with him, even much greater. What we just read is the scene that happens at the end times. We read the number of Israelites from the tribes of Israel. That made it to the heavens. And from every tribal group.

And after that John is shown in this vision the amount of people that you could not count. That came from the that survived the great tribulation and now they are joined with angels because there's a scripture versus we join with angels.

Now we see it where we are joined with angels and we are worshipping God altogether in his presence saying the same thing, singing the same song with angels. God is showing us what is going to happen in the end.

Now, brothers and sisters this vision that John shows us even though is what's going to be happening in the end, the fact of the matter is that right now it is happening. Hebrews 12:22, tells us that we have come to the Heavenly Jerusalem.

And who was this scripture being written to? Us and we are being told we have come to Heavenly Jerusalem with numerous 20 with numerous thousands of angels In wholly assembly.

So in the presence of God this scene is repeated. Every time we gather in worship, that's why I always say we never start worship services. We are always joining in with what's already taking place in the heavens.

This time in the Book of Revelation, we are actually present, right now currently we can penetrate that space in spirit and in truth, that's why Jesus comes and says the Father is searching for those now who can worship him in spirit and in truth, because when you worship God in spirit and truth.

This scene that we just read in the Book of Revelation can happen to you even now. And this all takes place in his presence. Brothers and sisters the presence of God is so remarkable that it can transport your soul and penetrate the heavens.

And be in the presence of God, along with the angels who are seated in the heavenly realms worshipping him. This is why I love worship. This is why I love prayer, because it has the ability to penetrate the heavens and right before the throne of God appears and this all takes place in the presence of God.

That's why the presence of God is so important. Because it enables us to do things That seems impossible. But it got it made it part of our statutes, part of our existence that we don't have to wait.

After the Great Tribulation to be before him, that we can do it easy now in the presence of God in his fullness of joy and their pleasures forevermore on his right hand, God shows John what was soon to take place.

That before that takes place, you and I, we have an opportunity every single day as we gather in worship or as you set your agenda in worship or prayer and it's your alter in your own home. You have the ability to penetrate that which seems impossible. You can enter the heavens through worshiping God in spirit and in truth.

We are not going to wait for this day to come. We are going to do it while we are still here on Earth. So instructions to you and we have talked about this a year ago that you have to have alter moments where you create an alter in your home.

A space where you want to worship, pray and meet with God is needed. It's necessary for our growth is necessary for our souls to commune with God. My definition of church is a place that is designated to set aside times for people to commune with God, where your soul commune with God, that's what the church is.

And the scripture says that you and I are living temples. So which means we have to create times and moments of worship where we can penetrate the heavens and go straight to the throne of grace in spirit and in truth.

It's necessary it's needed for our souls, God gave us his presence so that we can enjoy the attributes that he is to us. In the last month, we looked at God's names and how God named himself after our challenges.

So that when we get into his presence, he meets us exactly where we are. But that is enabled when we worship him in spirit and in truth. So brothers and sisters, God is giving us his presence to enjoy, to experience and we have to take advantage and we have to use it for God desires for us to enjoy him in a great deal.

We are not going to wait to get to heaven to do this. We're going to do this even while we're still here. Again, I am grateful to serve a God that shows us what's to come and also makes it possible for you and I to enjoy his presence and his fullness as we enter into the throne of grace.

When we worship him in spirit and in truth. So let us worship God in spirit and truth because through that we can penetrate and get to the throne of grace. So his presence is necessary and is needed especially in these times, we need God's presence even more.

So brothers and sisters, let us go to the Lord in prayer. Heavenly Father we thank you for your good and send your mercy towards us. We are grateful for your love. We are grateful for your everlasting presence.

Thank you for affording us the opportunity to enter the throne of grace. Thank you Lord that we don't have to wait after the tribulation to be in your presence, you have made this possible for us even now.

So, Father, I pray that in times that we set aside to worship, to pray, to read scriptures, may you fill us with your presence. May you show yourselves so strong in our lives so that the places that you promise in your scriptures we get to enjoy and walk in them.

We are grateful that you show us what's to come, but we are even grateful that your presence can be accessed anywhere, anytime, any moment. So I prayed, Lord, that in our efforts to meet with you.

May you continue to grant us access to holy things so that we can experience you in your fullness. There is so many things that happens in your presence and Father, I pray that we will find all that we desire and need in this lifetime, when we enter into your presence.

So grant us wisdom to exercise that which you have made possible for us to exercise. And we are forever grateful and all glory belongs to you. Now God, as we go into the weekend, bless us in everything that we are doing.

Bless us in our efforts. Bless us in our desire to meet with you. Father, I pray for every family, for every child, for every father and mother that God may you continue to grace us with your presence.

May you continue to supply us with all our needs according to your riches and glory. God, I pray that the desires that we have in our hearts to grow when we continue to be met through the action of the Holy Spirit.

Thank you for giving us the gift of the spirit, to work with us, to counsel and to bring us direction and correction wherever we need it. I thank you that you know all things. You see, all things that you are incredible at being our Father and we as their children, we can walk in expectation knowing that you never leave us nor forsake us.

Neither will you ever fail us. So, Father, I pray as we go into the weekend, continue to bless us in everything that we aspire to do and the things that you have set in our hearts to do, may make our lives easy, not because life is not challenging, but because we know that in your presence there is fullness of joy.

And that your right hand there are pleasures forevermore. Bless every idea, bless everything that you've given us to do to width off our hands to width of the one who send us. Continue to bless us, elevate us where we need to be elevated.

Humble us where we will need to be humbled. And I pray Lord may humility continue to be part of who we are. Now unto you we give you glory and honor. May you bless us throughout this day and may continue to lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For thine is the Kingdom, the power and the glory, forever and ever, Amen.

Brothers and sisters continue to desire the presence of God. It's necessary, it's needed so we can practice what we will forever be doing for the rest of our eternal life. May the Lord bless you, may the Lord give us strength and wisdom as we go into the weekend.

We'll see you on Sunday for Bible study and let’s have a great time. Seniors drink some water, stay out of the sun. We shall see you on Sunday. Love you, bye.
