"The Invitation"
Now let's go to Galatians 5:22-23. Let's start at the top. On verse 5 on verse one, sorry. It says it is for freedom that Christ has set us free. So we are set, we are set free for the sake of freedom.
Then next to that is a command stand firm then and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke, not by the by a yoke of slavery. So which means that the yoke of slavery takes away freedom. The yoke of slavery takes away freedom.
And Christ the reasoning came is to set us free from the yoke of slavery. Mark my words, I Paul tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, circumcised, with Christ will be of no value to you at all.
Again, I declare to every man who let himself be circumcised that he is obligated to obey the whole law. You who are trying to be justified by the law, have been alienated from Christ.
You have fallen away from grace for though this spirit we eagerly await by faith, the righteousness of which we hope, for in Christ Jesus neither circumcision. Nor uncircumcision has any value.
The only thing that counts is faith, expressing itself through love. You were running a good race. Who cut in on your, on you to keep from obeying the truth. That kind of persuasion does not come from the one who calls you.
A little yeast works through the whole batch of dough, I am confident in the Lord that you would take no other view, the one who is throwing you into confusion, whoever that may be, will have to pay the penalty. Brothers and sisters, if I am still preaching circumcision.
Why am I still being persecuted? In that case, the offence of the cross has been abolished and as for those agitators, I wish they would go the whole way and emasculate themselves. You brothers and sisters were called to be free.
But do not use your freedom to indulge in the flesh, rather serve one another humbly in love for the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command, love your neighbor as you love yourself. If you bite and devour each other, watch out.
You will be destroyed by each other, so I say walk by the spirit and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh, for the flesh desires what is contrary to the spirit and the spirit, what is contrary to the flesh.
They are in conflict with each other so that you are not to do whatever you want, but if you are led by the spirit, you are not under law. The acts of the flesh are obviously sexual immorality, impurity, debauchery, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealous.
Fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissension, factions and envy and drunkenness, all years and the like, I warn you and as I did before that those who live like this will not inherit what the Kingdom of God.
But 22 but the fruit of the spirit, not the fruits. The fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things, there is no law.
Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with his passion and desires. Since we live by the spirit, let us keep in step with the spirit. There has not become concerned provoking and ending each other. Man, the word of God, you have to love it.
But for the fruit of the spirit is love. Now you know, as you are reading this whole chapter right? Sometimes in our efforts we go straight to the fruit of the spirit rather than look at the context in which this is being written on.
First, Paul addresses the issue of the law. I see is that Kimberly? Yeah. Yes, I'm here. Sorry, guys, I had technical difficulties. It seemed like none of my devices wanted to work for me, and I was like, the enemy is a liar. He is defeated and we are here. Sorry for the tardiness.
I did everything in my power to get on iPad, laptop. Nothing would work. Cell phone was even giving me trouble. But I am here and sorry again. Over to you in Jesus name. Thank you in Jesus name. Thank you.
And so, Pastor Zee, do you give me permission to go forward with the? Yes, go ahead. I just you know, you know, you know, the beginning of the church when somebody would just stand up and read a scripture. Amen. Yes, yes.
That’s what I just did, all right yes, that's teamwork. The spirit of the Lord is in this place, and I am so excited to be with you all tonight. I definitely dug into the word and spent time for this word for this message on this evening.
Before we begin, I guess we'll dive in with a word of prayer real quick and just give God thanks real fast because he is good. He's gracious, he's merciful, he is kind and he is all providing he is all seeing and all knowing, and therefore we owe him a praise because he's kept us from things we didn't even know danger seen and unseen.
But God, he is good, Amen. So, dear Heavenly Father, we come to you right now to give you thanks to give you praise, to give you honor. We thank you for traveling mercies for keeping those of us who have been traveling on the highways and byways and air ways, Father.
We just thank you for your grace and your mercy, Lord God, cause you didn't have to do it, but you did it and you gave us one more day to give your name glory. We are gathered here tonight to receive a word.
Lord God, there is a table that is spreading and we are desiring to feast tonight to feast on your word. Lord God, I pray that you will close our ears to distractions and help us to throw in on the word that you have given to us.
Lord God help us to close our ears to anything that may try to pull us away from the presence of the Holy Spirit right now. We pray that right now we'll receive the word that is being given unto me as your servant.
Lord God, I pray that the fled will sit down under the spirit will stand up. Lord God, take control of my lips, take control of my thoughts, take control of my mind, my body, my hands and my feet.
Right now that I be able to deliver a word for your people in Jesus name we pray, Amen, Amen. This whole week I just took time to dive in and do a study on this particular word.
A man, and it's basically if we look into the Old Testament when they called a wedding party, it was the wedding invitation that would go out to the people.
I'm reminded of receiving a wedding invitation not long ago. And on that wedding invitation, of course, there was the bride and the to be bride and the to be groom's name. Along the lines, they also had some instructions for those of us who would be the guest to this wedding.
They actually had instructions that said the wedding colors and the wedding party. They even had specific dresses that they want the bridesmaids and the groomsmen to wear and they were very strategic in their planning.
They spent time making the decision of what colors would be on those wedding invitations and also what colors the wedding party would wear. The bride and the groom had to come to a decision.
And they spent time researching and trying to figure out what each one liked and they wanted to make sure that they. Implemented something from each party's likes and dislikes, and so when I looked throughout script on how weddings occurred biblically.
I discovered that there was this particular wedding party that took place, and we're going to open up the word of God. We're going to dive in and take a look at what these wedding invitations entailed and what they actually meant when they were extended to the people.
I would like for you to quickly, let's get this pulled up. I'm sure my screen is not able to be shared, but we'll dive in real quick and take a look at Matthew. Let me pull up my scriptures really fast.
Here we are, we're going to take a look real quick at the scriptures. Again, these devices are giving me a run for my money today, but that's oK we're still going to move forward, Amen.
And our scriptures will be coming. It is the parable of the wedding feast, the title of my message tonight is will you accept or reject the invite. Again, I just want you to take a moment and think about the last wedding invitation that you more than likely received and on that invitation, I'm sure you can think of some things that were very specific.
They had specific requests from you that they wanted you to partake in in order to be a part of this wedding party, Amen and I, I would like you to also take into consideration this wedding party.
Usually in the Bible days when the invitations would go out, they went out to specific people. And at that time the Jews were who a lot of these invitations went out to and so we're going to take a look at this parable really quick.
And just take some time and ask the Lord to just guide us and lead us in the way that you'll have us to go tonight. This parable that we are Speaking of, we're going to be coming directly from the scriptures.
Sorry for the distractions. We were praying against these distractions. There's things happening all around me and noise and I do apologize for that. But nevertheless, we are here and we are glad to be in the house.
One more time here we go. Alright, so now I got my computer to work with me. Matthew 22 starting with verse 1-14 is will be coming from the Scriptures reads as this Verse 22 says and again Jesus spoke to them in parables, saying the Kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who gave a wedding feast for his son.
And sent his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding feasts, but they would not come again he sent other servants saying tell those who are invited. See. I have prepared my dinner, my oxen and my fat calves have been slaughtered and everything is ready.
Come to the wedding feast. But they paid no attention and went off. One to his farm. Another to his business, while the rest seized his servants, treated them shamefully and killed them.
The king was angry, he said his troops and destroyed those murdered and burned their city. Then he said to his servants, the wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy. Go, therefore, to the main roads and invite to the wedding feast as many as you can find.
And those servants went out into the roads and gathered all whom they found both good and bad. So the wedding hall was filled with guests. But when the king came in to look at the guests, he saw, there was a man who had no wedding garment.
And he said to him, friend, how did you get in? How did you get in here without a wedding garment. And he was speechless. Then the king said to the attendants, bind him hand and foot and cast him into the outer darkness.
And that place there were weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are called but few are chosen. In this scripture, as I stated, this is a parable in which Jesus gave and he compared this feast in the way that the king went about gathering the people to the likeness of the Kingdom of heaven.
Jesus gave a specific instruction, he said to his disciples. He says I'm gonna send you out, and I'm gonna make you fishermen of men.
The disciples jobs were to go out and spread the gospel and invite there was an invitation that was being extended through the disciples to the people in the world.
And so the disciples were not they didn't have any kind of prejudice. They didn't have any racism. They actually went out and the Bible says that they their job was to compel men and women.
It did not matter who they decided they wanted to serve it. The invitation was still given. It was given to the young believer. It was given to the ones that claimed that they were believers all along.
It was given to every man, woman and child. And so in this parable, we can see that the same way in which Christ has extended the invitation to mankind that this king was a type and foreshadow of how he dealt with the people that rejected his invitation is the same way in which Christ will deal with every individual that rejects him.
The Bible says if you reject me. He says if you'll be ashamed of me, I'll be ashamed of you before my Father. So we have a clear understanding that the invitation has gone out, that God is inviting, as many as will come to this feast, come and dine.
God has made it important that the gospel be preached no matter who, no matter where they've come from, no matter what they've been through, no matter how you feel, no matter how you, you might feel damaged.
You might feel that you're not good enough. But God says the invitation is gone out. The invitation is being sent to every man, every woman, boy and child, no matter what you've been through, God says he's sending his invitation.
This king made it so clear when he sent out the invitations that he also with the invitation, sent a garment. It is seen throughout history that in the Jewish culture that when the invitations were extended, the invites were just a piece of paper.
More than likely it was a scroll. And on that scroll, I'm sure it probably had the King's name, and this was a royal thing. So I'm almost certain that the paper had a distinct look to it. It just had a a heaviness to it.
It didn't look like a normal piece of paper that you just found on the roadside. But this was a document that it had specific details on it. And so I'm sure even down to the handwriting was specific.
And I'm sure that the ink that they chose to use, they made sure that the ink did not smear when they rolled the scroll. And this I am also reminded of how God has given us specific directions and instructions in his word, and if we apply his word the way it says that we should apply it to our lives, it won't cause any smearing.
There won't be any mixing up of good and evil and bad. There'll be a purging and it'll be clean. So when I think of the document that went out, I'm sure that the words weren't smeared.
They weren't you know, they didn't look like they had come into contact with water. Those scrolls were kept safe. And so the word of God in us should be written on the contents of our heart, so that that they are not smeared so that they are not contaminated so that they are kept clean and clear.
God's word is clean and clear as to what he's instructing us to do. And so down to the scroll. It was rolled carefully and the king gave it to his servants and with the scroll, it is documented that in the Jewish culture that they also sent a garment.
The garment that they sent was what each attendee was instructed to wear in order to get into this particular wedding, you had to follow the guidelines you had to follow what was written on the scroll and then the attire.
God has given us an attire for his Kingdom. And is attire that God has given us, is the Holy Spirit. We cannot get into the Kingdom without being robbed appropriately. I'm a new, you know millennial.
I'm a new one of those new generation believers and I still believe in the old way. And as I look throughout Scripture and I studied and I searched out how the Jewish culture went about the whole betrothal or the engagement process of the brides and the grooms.
It was a very tedious thing. So you didn't just arrive to this wedding by circumstance, this this was something that was thought out. This was something that it it happened and it happened in steps the but excuse me, the engagement, the correct term in the Bible.
They say that it was betrothed and that is a formal engagement to be married. We're backing up just a little bit and going a little further into the process because once we get to the wedding.
The wedding is going to take place and the wedding is going to be exactly how Jesus Christ throughout this study, it did how Jesus Christ says the wedding should take place.
And so when Jewish studies, it shows that the father, the groom's father, he paid a bride price or a mohar, a mohar is in scripture as a silver or gold coin.
It's also corresponding to a unit of value more than likely in our time that's probably compared to coins, you know, such as pennies, dimes, and quarters. But the father of the groom would pay for his son to marry.
And so the family this had to take place there had to be a negotiation. And in essence, it was as if the father was purchasing the bride or the daughter of another father for his son. The groom would also give a gift to the bride called a Matan, and a Matan is described as in Hebrew origin.
It means a gift or giving. So there was a preparation that took place and there was an exchange that took place between the fathers and they had to come to a decision as to whether or not this groom was good enough for the daughter.
And the daughter's father had to come to a decision to decide if this this groom was good enough for his daughter and vice versa. And so when I looked at this in more detail, I began to think about how Jesus pay the ultimate price for us.
We are the brides and Jesus is the groom. Jesus paid the ultimate price by hanging on a cross and being stretched wide and beat brutally, and offered and taunted and offered vinegar to drink.
He paid the ultimate price because he knew we were worth being bought. Jesus did the very thing that in throughout the history and culture. The Jewish culture, how they went about making sure that these brides and grooms were chosen.
They would go out and they would the bride and groom more than likely did not know one another, but the fathers would make this engagement come together. And so I'm reminded of how many of us may not have known Jesus in the beginning stage.
But Jesus knew u and so putting himself on a cross for us was the ultimate price. He paid that price. He paid the price for us to be his bride.
And as I look throughout, I see that there is an urgency in the Earth right now to respond to the call God has sent out an invitation for us to come.
He said that he's gone to the highways and byways and he's compelling men and women to come, come as you are. Come there is a wedding. There is a wedding that is going to take place. There is a groom that is ready for his bride.
And so the wedding is prepared in this King's Kingdom. The king as we go back and look at the scripture, it says that the king himself has a time that he goes throughout the wedding guests and he does an inspection.
God is gonna do an inspection with those of us who respond to this invitation, and the invitation is to come. Come all ye that are heavy laden and I will give you rest, says Jesus. Come bring all of your burdens and all of your cares and I'll help you carry your weights.
God has given us an invitation to lay it at his feet, he's saying, lay all of your burdens. Lay all of your worries and all of your cares at my feet and I'll give you rest. The invitation to the wedding has been extended.
When I think about the attire that Jesus gave us, being the Holy Spirit. He also gave us the attire it is righteousness. The attire is also holiness. The attire is love and kindness, the attire is meekness.
The attire is Jesus in himself. And if we reject this attire that Jesus has given unto us. If we reject it, it is shown in this parable that as the king said he went and he did the inspection and there was a man in the room who did not have the proper attire to be in the room.
And when the king questioned him just as Jesus will do us. He says, where is your attire? How did? How did you even get in here? I believe the Bible says that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess.
The inspection is going to take place. And if you're in the room, it's because you accepted the invitation. There was a call and you responded.
And you came in the room and you decided that if you accepted the invitation, that you were also gonna follow the bylaws and laws that would allow you to come into this room and to stay in the room.
Somebody saying what is the room, the room is in the presence of the Lord, the room is the church house. The room is your temple. The room is your platform, wherever it is that you may be preaching or teaching or showing the reflection of Jesus Christ.
It could be in the hospital. If you're a doctor, can be a in the emergency room if you are a nurse, whatever your position is that is the room. And to be in that room, there's specific qualifications for you to stay in that room with Jesus.
The attire that he's calling for us to put on. It's simple, it's just to lay down the old man to lay down sin, to lay down everything that could so easily beset us every sin and every weight that easily can pull us away from him.
It is our job to lay it down. And to pick up the garment of Jesus Christ and then to follow the scroll. The scroll is the word, the word of God is to be hidden in our hearts and to be written on the contents of our hearts, so that we won't sin against Jesus.
So the invitation it's gone out. This man and this parable, as I looked and I said, my God, this this guy got into the room. How did he get into the room without the garment? I'm sure there were soldiers on the doors.
There was so much heavy security all around, but somehow he got into the room. He started to think about how did he get in the room? And I started to think that for a second, one of the soldiers.
Somebody, somewhere wasn't on their post more than likely. How we got in the room? But then I'm also reminded that Jesus says come as you are, the invitation in the beginning says come as you are.
But in order to stay in that room once you're in the room, there are some specific instructions that go out, and it's not for any man to tell you to remove this or to remove that.
But it's a conviction in your heart. There is something that happens between you coming into the room and you sitting in the room long enough. You'll start to look around. I'm sure this man looked around and he saw everyone else in their attire.
He saw everyone else was robbed in an attire that looked presentable, so you knew he knew he wasn't in alignment. He was out of order. He knew he was, but yet he still stayed in the room.
God is letting us know that yeah, it's ok to come in the room. Come as you are, but along the lines the Holy Spirit will start stripping you of things that ought not to be a part of you. Lying, backbiting, going and clubbing, doing the things that you used to do in the old you.
Those things have to be put off in order to stay in the room, to stay in that wedding party, to sit at that table and to feast with those people, you have to remove certain behaviors. You have to remove certain things.
It says that they went and they invited good and bad. So the drunkard, the prostitute you are invited. You are invited to come into this place. You are invited to sit at the table. But as the instructions are coming across, there is instructions that say put away these things from you, these filthy things.
Those things that will cause you to have thoughts in your minds that you ought not to think the perverse ways about you. The Holy Spirit will begin to strip you of these things as you sit in the room.
And when I go back and look at this man who sat in the room, and when the king came to him and asked him where was his garment? Because here's the thing. The king was certain he gave him a garment.
The king was certain because he knew for him to be in the room, meant he got an invitation. So he was previewed to the Word of God. He was previewed to the instructions, but he chose not to obey.
And he chose not to put on the attire. The King says it says here in the scriptures it says that the king told his servants, he says then the king said to the attendants. So this is to everyone to see and for everyone to know.
Bind him hand and foot and cast him into outer darkness. In that place will be weeping and mashing of teeth. So for me, I was just my mind was blown them like my God, you've given us for me sometimes, as I'm reading the scriptures as if the words walk off the page and I can visualize, I can almost see what took place at this wedding feast.
And I asked the Lord to just leave me and guide me into how to deliver what it is that I believe the revelation that I received from this text to you all so that it come across clearly. And what I got was the invitation has been extended.
God has called, he says many are called but few are chosen. This man, who true chose to come into the room without the right attire, I'm reminded of the scriptures that says if you come in any other way.
You come in as a thief and a robber. This man came in and he thought he was gonna rob or thief his way in. He thought he was just gonna bypass the inspection. But the inspection you cannot bypass.
He thought he was gonna pull one over on the king. But the king is Jesus, and you cannot bypass one on Jesus. You cannot straddle the fence. You cannot be lukewarm because the Bible says you either be hot or cold, and if you be lukewarm, I'll spew you out of my mouth.
You have to choose. The Bible says choose he this day, whom you will serve. This man who chose to try to get into the room, he chose to try to bypass Jesus. The Bible says that God says I am the truth. I am the light. I am the way I am the truth and the way.
You cannot get to the Father, but through Jesus he is the way he is the key. He is Father God has sent out the invitation, and his son Jesus is being married off to you and I. The Father God has sent out the invitation.
His son is going to be married and we are the we are the brides, he is the groom. This is an utter cry. This is a war cry for us to get the message out to those who are lost, those who are wandering, those who are in the byway and highways, the good and the bad.
Get the good news to them that there is a wedding, there is a feast and the king has sent out invitations. And it is time that we respond. It is time that we respond with a yes to the Lord.
It is time that we respond to Father whatever you say I'll do. Whatever you need me to remove, I'll remove whatever needs to be stripped from me, strip it from me, Father I need you.
Because we cannot make it in any other way. We have a resting place. Jesus says if it were not so I would have told you so says behold, I go away to prepare a place for you in the Jewish culture.
Once the groom married his bride, he would go away, back to his Father's home to prepare and make ready a space for his bride to come to. They will remain in his Father's home. Unlike our children nowadays, it's like once they're married, they move on and they buy their house and they go off and they're happily ever after and they leave our roof.
But in the Jewish culture, the sons remained in the father's home once he was married. And so he would leave his newly married wife and he would go away. It may be for a month too, or even sometimes a year, but he would go away to prepare this place, to bring his bride to.
And that's the same thing that Jesus has done. Jesus said he had to go away. He could not remain with the disciples forever. He had to go away to prepare a place for us to return to says I have a home for you that is not made by man's hands.
God has got a place for us to reside for all eternity. And he's calling, he sent out the invitation the call has been made. And here in the scriptures throughout I studied so deeply to figure out how the Jews would call or let the wives know that they returned for them.
And it’s said that there would be a sound a trumpet sound would go out to let the wife know that he had returned to take her to her new home. In the scriptures it says that when Jesus returns, he's coming back and it's going to be with a trumpet sound.
The trumpet sound will be made and the dead in Christ will rise first. My God and those who are left will be caught up to meet him in the air. There is a wedding invitation that has been sent out.
And this is good news that this wedding invitation is for everyone. Whoever will respond, whoever will accept this invitation, is for you. Whoever rejects whoever does not accept. There is a resting place for each individual.
Those that accept and those that reject. But the end of it all, is that still this is good news. The invitation has gone out. There is a feast that is about to take place. There is a table that has, he said he had slaughtered his fattest calves and he had his oxen.
The table was spread. I can almost imagine, almost like a Thanksgiving dinner with everything, all the fixings. Everything is on the table and all he needed was guests to be in the room.
I want us to think about the first set of guests that the invitations were sent out to. In these scriptures, it says that there were invites that went out and there was a group that rejected it as a matter of fact, they killed some of his servants.
Right here in the scripture it says the servants went out. It says in verse 24 it says again, he sent other servants saying tell those who are invited. See, I have prepared my dinner, my oxen and my fat calves have been slaughtered and everything is ready.
Come to the wedding feast. But they paid no attention and went off onto a farm and another to his business. That's the same thing that's happening in today. Men are so caught up in I got to make the next big, I got to close the next big deal.
I've got to hit a million. I've got to hit a billion. They're so caught up on the material things the Bible says put not your affection on the things of this earth. But set your affections on heavenly things.
On heavenly treasures, because these earthly things will, they will not last. Always behold, all these things will pass away, but the one thing that will stand is Jesus. His word will stand.
And if we are found in Jesus, if we are found accepting the invitation and then putting on the attire, if we are found in the room when Jesus comes back. Our Father says that everlasting life will be our portion.
We will reside with him for all eternity. My God, the invitation for the wedding feast has been extended. And God is here with open arms for each and every individual. If you're hungry, he'll give you food.
If you're thirsty, he'll quench your thirst, his everlasting life. My God, it's such a beautiful thing to recognize that you've been called. And then to understand that you've accepted it. It's a beautiful thing.
Because the feast is for you, the feast is because you was his. This is the most valuable thing that God could have ever done, which was to give his life. And it was for us. It was for us to sit at the wedding feast and to be a part of that wedding banquet.
That is what we should have. That's what we should strive for because Jesus is coming back and it won't be long. But in the process there were some instructions. As we wait, he said occupy until I return.
Our job is to occupy until Jesus Christ comes. And as we occupy as we await his return, as we wait for our groom to come back for us as we await the bride and the culture of the Jews, when they would wait for the groom to come back, they would occupy.
What would they being occupied with? They were more than likely still working in the fields, helping around their father's home, making sure that the sheep and everything, whatever they had, those daughters were busy doing what they should be doing.
There was work in the Kingdom that had to be done and up kept until the groom came back. And then the groom, when he returned for his bride, she could retire all of that hard work.
She no longer had to put in all the hard work she did when she had, when she was living in her father's home, she no longer had to do all of those things that were taxing on her body, because now the groom had come to give her rests.
Some might say what kind of rest was that when she had to bear children and she had to wash the clothes and she had to do this and do. That that was rest because she no longer had to do the things that her mother and father more than likely it was taxing on her to look after her siblings.
To care for all of these things and to I know the helmets that us women have to wear, we have to wear a lot of hats. But when that groom came, he came to give his bride's rest. And when Jesus comes, he is coming to give us rest.
Tonight my message, I pray not only just puts a fire under us to go out and to compel all those that will come. But also it compels us just to make sure we are robed correctly, making sure that we are putting aside all of the things that could cause us to not enter into this feast.
I pray that this was a timely word. I pray that the Lord bless you. I pray that what the Lord had given to me, I pray that I was able to express it and to speak to you all in a way that it hit good soil and that it will bring forth fruit because we have a job to do.
There is a feast that is being it is already set. There's a table that is spread. And we want as many as that can and will to come and to feast with us, to be at this table, our sons, our daughters, our cousins, all those who will come and feast with us at this table.
God is looking for the table to be filled. This king was looking for the room to be filled. The first set of invitations that went out. They rejected it. They did not accept it. And this is just a foreshadow of what took place when Jesus was on the Earth and the Jews rejected him, they crucify him.
It goes to show that when Jesus decided that, hey, they may have rejected me at this moment. But I still love them. I'm going to extend it now to the Gentiles. The invitation has been extended to those that the invitation was not necessarily meant for in the beginning.
But the invitation has been extended to every last one of us. Atheists. Muslim, whoever, whatever the religion might be, there's an invitation to come over to the right side. There's an invitation to come over to the King's side, to the one that we know is gonna be victorious in the end King Jesus.
There is an invitation that has been sent and I pray that you be blessed and I pray that each and everyone of us. Have a yes for Jesus. Each and everyone of us respond to the invitation and to the robe.
The attire that we are to put on. Let us apply it. Let us put it on. Let us say yes to the will and way of Jesus Christ, because our king is soon to return. I pray for each and everyone of you and I pray you will pray my strength in the Lord.
I believe tonight I'll closeout with a word of prayer. But before I do so, I just want to ask, Pastor Zee if you had any words. If you would like to say anything. I definitely don't want to closeout without giving space and time for your words in Jesus name.
Thank you, Kim and I, I think this is. If there's one thing that you realize about this Kingdom is that it's not for lazy people. It's just not. Because you know, if you look in the advanced 18.
You know, for those who made it into the wedding. It was their responsibility to take those who did not make it and to tie them and throw them into the darkness. So either way you have to do the work. We either do the work of inviting others or do the work later on of throwing them out.
Regardless, you're going to have to do something. And you know thanks Kim for sharing this because it is important to understand that every time you see the word you see a wedding, a marriage in the scriptures.
It is one of the most important things you can you have to really pay attention to. And that's why I believe it's very difficult for somebody who's not safe to understand marriage. It's very difficult.
Because the analogy that's used is Christ marrying the church and that's us. That's what the wedding is. So this God spirit marries our soul and it produces sons. We are all sons and daughters because his spirit marries our souls and produce through us sons.
So we are the sons and of daughter and daughters of Christ. Then Colossian says when Jesus comes, he shall present us to the father as holy and acceptable. Now this whole entire book is our invitation, containing every single little detail that you need in order to prepare yourself for the wedding.
And in it has all the little intricacies, this is our invitation. This whole affair book. That's our invitation with all the little details of what to wear when to do, how to present yourself how to come, how to show.
It's all in here and understanding it. Then that means on the day you are ready. You address correctly, properly presentable, because Jesus has to present to the Father as holy and acceptable, and I'm glad you say that the garment is holiness.
You know the garment is the fruits of the spirit. That's what's going to be presented. Remember I said a few weeks ago that Jesus is not coming to fix anything. He gave that already to us to do. He came already to fix it.
When he comes the second time, he's not trying to make things right. He's just taking that, which is holy, ready and presenting it to the Father and says here is my bride. Just as much as my sons one day they'll go out and start dating.
And when they're dating, they're going to tell the other little girlfriends. Hey, my dad, my mother don't like this stuff. Don't do this when we go, when you come to thanksgiving with us hey, you can't sleep in the same room with us, with me.
And you can't do that. You can do that make sure when you come hide your tattoos if she has some. Cause hey that African does not want any tattoos in the House. Oh by the way, you can't play loud music and you can play rap music.
You know, all this stuff. What are they doing? 1st The invitation goes will you come to my house with me for thanksgiving from college, he says yeah I’ll come he says but in order to come make sure a take your nose ring off.
Because my daddy, I don't know. He's African, right. Why is? Why is he doing that? He's preparing her to come into the banquet. And when she comes she will be under strict observation.
Cause if she comes and does something that violates the home then I don't kick you out, I say David take her, bind her, and throw her out of the house. So the person who's doing the invites and the person who has to throw out, it's the same person.
But the preparation is, you know, when you listen to all what she came and said is simply just sharing with us that they there has to be a preparation that is at the forefront in doing anything in this Kingdom.
You can't just wake up and you have to prepare because there's a level of acceptance that has to be presented to the Father by Jesus. That's why I mean, when you when I was just joining on some notes for myself here when I was sick.
Communion, right? The Bible is our invitation. Inspection starts from within, not from out. Starts from within. Then the wedding is the doorway to something. It's not the end. It's the doorway to something.
Then Christ in us, to help us with the preparation. Just as much as David will have to talk to her girlfriend over there and say, hey, ABCD, You make sure take this, tick this, tick this, tick this.
Ok, good. I think I think we're good, right. And all this is happening in order to produce sons. That's why the wording is there to produce sons for the Kingdom without wedding, no sons. So in other words, without preparations, no sons, no extension of this Kingdom.
So you know, thank you, Kim. You know, thank you for but remember, there's your invite here. So entire books, that's our manual invitation. And we have to pay close attention to how we that's why working with the Holy Spirit is so important because none of us know. How to be ready.
Unless the spirit that searches all things, even you know, it's like David's girlfriend telling me I know how to prepare to come to your house. He's like, no, you've never been here. How do you know?
Let me tell you what goes on over there before you don't know. It's not the same as your house. It's different. Let me tell you, right. So in order to prepare well and in order to dress well and I'm glad we started the fruit of the spirit.
Because again, you understand, even when you tie this with the fruit of spirit that really self-control, joy, all those things we read. You can't go to a wedding without self-control, without joy, without peace, without any of the fruits of the spirit.
Because they are a fruit. Why are you bringing this to the wedding so that others can eat from it. So you know, we thank you Kim for sharing and preparing and reading and studying and all the things that we all do in order to share something.
This is why I love when you hear something because you know. God loves us so much that Kim, when did you start preparing for this? I don't know you talked to me, Monday I don't know.
Somewhere back then, right? So we are hearing this on Sunday. Which means this world has been on a journey since Monday to now. We are hearing it for the first time, but God has already released it since Monday to now.
Just as much as everything that you ever hear anybody. That's why I always said the word loves you first before you love it. So much appreciation and again I'm my prayer is that we continue to provide a place that all of us and our gifts and the talents are able to express what God has put inside of us.
And in that we are serving one another. Just as much as you hear the gift as gifts of the spirit are for us to say one another. So we we bless you, Kim. We bless your family. We bless that all the things that you are aspiring to do, you and Quan and the children.
That you guys who accomplish them, the call of God on your guys's lives and all the things that you're doing in Africa. And the communities you are touching that God will continue to strengthen you guys.
And while you are doing that I pray that every crooked place with the children is resolved. That whatever it is, they are going through right now. Let it just be growing pains to a remarkable life.
And I pray the same thing for all of us. Kathy, her daughter. Yeah, that whatever it is they call through. You know, as long as they continue to persevere, that the wisdom of God will finally inject itself in them and years from now they'll look back and say I'll never change anything.
Because look at what he has done for me and where I am now. You know, sometimes as parents will look for perfection in our kids. Not understanding that God who created you and care of you, who helped you, who strengthened you, who brought you through your mess.
That he can do stuff through their mess without your aid or putting a little something in it, you know. So I pray that that shall be so for our grandkids, for children and nephews, nieces we throw them in there.
But can we bless you. You and Quan and your whole entire brood. That in this season, you continue, God continually gives you solutions and wisdom for everything that you guys are trying to do.
Monica we bless you. We bless you, Monica, with all that you desire to do and the things that you're solving, slowly but surely, you continue ticking off the list and God will bring you to a place where you are comfortable.
So that the gifts and talent that you possess and the quality of woman that you are. That you are able to contribute to this Kingdom without any strife behind pulling you back. So we pray a special blessing that you will find a home.
You will find a place that you call your own. Nadia we bless you and the children. We bless baby girl. The doctor amongst us and we pray for your son. May you continue to find peace in his heart and in his mind, through all the challenges that has transpired and things that you guys are still going through.
As long as you continue to persevere, let perseverance do its work. And it will build a character in you, and that character will not, will not fail you. Mother Jones, we bless you and your children and your whole entire crew, may God continue to give you a place platform where you can share your wisdom in everything that you have been through.
So that others can glean from and learn from it. Calvin and Vee, you know, in your move to North Carolina with mom now in this season that you guys are in in everything that's taking place over there.
My prayer is that the you and mom whatever that needs to be resolved, let this be the opportunity to just once and for all, deal with everything that is still lagging behind so that the peace of God that surpasses human understanding will guard your guys's hearts and the entire household.
Even Mom would pray for her salvation. That she will not leave this earth until she is totally saved and equivocally without a shadow of doubt. Not maybe, I'm not sure going to be sure and I pray that this moment and this time that you guys are in North Carolina with her.
That this season is ordained by God. That's something of remarkable take place while you guys are there. We pray for your good health and strength and wisdom. And that, Calvin, you play your role as a father to this house.
And that God will continue to give you wisdom. Everything that you guys are doing. And I'm excited to see what the Lord has in store for all of us. Kathy will bless you. You and your family and baby girl she's gonna be alright. And I know you worry sometimes here but she's going to be alright.
God did not serve that girl to let her go now. Yeah she's going to be alright. Dorothy will bless you and the whole entire hill family. And may God continue to give you wisdom. There are so many people you who are just so blessed in doing things for the Kingdom quietly, unsuspectingly.
But they're just doing it. So I pray, Dorothy, that God continues to strengthen and give you wisdom and we're doing, thank you. And I pray for courage, boldness, determination, strength, strength to endure.
And that while you guys are serving others, all generational curses will be wiped out whole entire crew. Everybody's saved. Everybody accounted for. No alcoholism in the family. It ends with you guys.
That a new generation of young people will rise up in your family that loves the Lord loves the Lord. Mary will bless you and your children and your grandchildren with all the work that God has called you to do well here at school and dealing with young people.
I pray that your wisdom comes through Mary so that others young people can drink from it. And I pray that God gives you peace. Peace of heart and peace of mind. Know that all is well and that God is in total control of anything and everything that you have in store to do.
And we pray that God continues to strengthen you and to give you wisdom. So that you have inside of things to come. And we pray that this group that God continues to bless us. And continue to give us wisdom above everything else, wisdom. Kim, you may pray.
Dear Heavenly Father first and foremost, we give you thanks right now for this evening Lord, we pray that you will bless this man of God and his wife April, Lord God, I pray a special blessing upon the lives of Pastor Zee, first lady April.
Father, we ask that you would open up the windows of heaven and pour them out a blessing that they will not have room nor space enough to receive it all the call that is on their life Lord God, I pray that you will give them directions and order their footsteps.
Oh, God open up doors that have been closed. We ask that the heavenly financial means be made open and available to them that Lord God, that the Kingdom, the Kingdom at which they are so hungry to warring souls to look at, they are hungry to bring people to a place where there is a water that never runs dry.
There is well, the net never runs dry. There is water that never runs out, Father we ask right now that you would just do a miracle on their behalf Lord God, the vision and the thoughts that they have concerning your Kingdom and your work, Lord God.
That I pray that you will order their footsteps, anoint their head with oil, let their cup overflow right now in the name of Jesus, we pray that you will bless their children one by one and then all together.
Lord, we bind and rebuke every single sickness, disease. Any attack from the enemy we bind and rebuke him right now, and we plead the blood of Jesus over their lives right now. Lord God, we ask that you would just make a way out of no way for them.
We pray that you will shield them and keep them from all hurt, harm and dangers from danger, seen and unseen. We pray that you will keep each and every one of them closed in their right minds.
We pray right now in the mighty name of Jesus that you would just buying the enemy and his attacks. We pray right now that every generational curse that fall off right now in the name of Jesus, that you would bind and rebuke every demon, every war, like every witch that has ever spoken, any kind of words against them.
We bind them now and we command that everything in Pastor Zee's house that it will live and not die. We command that there will be an abundance of whatever they need, that it will be supplied.
We pray that whatever they hand their hands are put to, to do that it will be blessed, let it bring forth fruit for the Kingdom. We pray right now for every individual that is on this call tonight.
Father, you know the needs, you know, the very needs of each and every individual. They may not have even spoken a word to anyone but Lord, you know the deep down hurts and pains that they have.
The times at night, where mothers and fathers are groaning and crying out and calling out their children's name. 1 by 1, the enemy is trying to sift our children as weak, but we bind the enemy right now.
We bind every fiery dark, every attack that the enemy is bringing up against our seeds. Lord God, you said that the women would rule the head of the serpent, though you gave us the power, the tread on the head of the lion, the serpent and the scorpions.
You told us, Lord God, that we had the power of life and death in our tongue. We speak right now life over everyone of our children. We speak life over every marriage, every financial issue, those that are experiencing lack right now, there will be lack no more.
God you will supply their need. Lord God, if there be any sickness in the body, we bind and rebuke any disease we rebuke any, everything that is causing the body to move and operate in a sluggish manner.
We speak to every blood cell we speak to, every organ we speak to the brain. We speak to the heart. Lord God, we speak life right now. And if there be any blockage, unblock it. If there be any sickness, move it.
If there be cancer, bind it, rebuke it. Lord God, we ask that your spirit will just burn up everything that is not like you consuming fire, consume everything that is not of you. Lord how we pray that our children right now that you would snatched them from the hand of the enemy that is trying to sift them right now.
But we bind and rebuke that devil right now. He will not have the victory. Not over any one of our children. We bind the suicide demon that has been released in the Earth that he will not have any victory.
He will not have power. We bind that enemy now and we speak to everything that is in our life that is out of alignment, that we command you fall into alignment now, children that are acting out of character, we bind and rebuke the behaviors now.
Children who are looking to drugs and alcohol to sue them, to come or God, we bind the enemy now. We speak to the enemy right now and you will not have the victory. We plead the blood of Jesus now.
Against every weapon that is formed against us, we bind it now Lord, you said in your word, no weapon formed against us will prosper. You said that we would be the head and not the tail.
We pray right now that every individual represented on this line tonight, that we rise up and take our positions that we no longer give the enemy any power that we take back every single inch that the enemy thought he had, and then we take it back by authority, by power in the name of Jesus for Father, you've given us the power.
Help us to stand in it, help us to own it. You said open up our mouths into the things that we ask for that you'll give it to us if our ways be pleasing unto us. Lord, you said you would satisfy our needs.
That you will give us the things that we need Lord God, we're asking right now, Lord God, to save our children. Save any individual that's on this line right now, that doesn't have a relationship with you.
Save them and give them an opportunity to know you by name. Save our children, Lord God, before the enemy takes them. Oh God this we ask in your name. And if we asked anything that that is not in alignment with your word, Lord, God forgive us.
We pray that your word will accomplish what you send it out to accomplish for you said that your word would go out and it will not return to you void. We believe every word that we pray tonight that nothing that we've asked for will return to us void.
But that it will accomplish everything that you sent it out for. Save our souls, save our sons and our daughters, save our grandchildren, save those that are not even born yet. Lord God, we are asking that you just have your way in Jesus name, Amen, Amen again.
May you all be blessed. I pray that the Lord will just keep you and cover you. I pray that whatever it is that you need from the Lord, that he supply your need.
I pray that he answer your prayers and that he shows up and fights the battles for you because we're all fighting battles, but our God has given us the victory.
Let us stand in that. Let us stand in knowing that God is a battle axe. That God is the source of our supply. If we have a need, the Lord will supply it. Let us stand knowing that we are victorious because the Lord said that we are we are the head and not the tail.
We are overcomers we are not destroyed. The enemy may be on the attack, but our God is great and in our God there is victory. No weapon formed against us will prosper. If any of us are battling or fighting these battles with grandchildren or children.
I myself have a child who's tried to commit suicide on multiple times, but I stand knowing that I got the victory God is able and no weapon. Nothing that the enemy can do, he cannot take us from the hand of the Lord.
The Lord said whatsoever you commit them to me, I am able to keep it and I stand tonight to tell you that the Lord is able to keep in and everything that you give to him. Just stand in there, be blessed.
