"Understanding And Interpreting Scripture"

So today what I want to do is just kind of go through some, you know, some high points about understanding the Bible, refreshing some stuff so that everybody you know you stay on point as it pertains to your scripture reading and understanding it.

We're going to need Scripture. We are going to need scripture in order to survive or to deal with the challenges of any generation. Scripture is essential and in this next few years with all the stuff that's going to happen you know, sometimes, you know, we can encourage each other as human beings.

That you need encouragement of Scripture. Because sometimes my words, they might have power, but they don't have the same power as the words the scripture has. Because it's a word of God is coming from God, and sometimes it's set or some things that are not right in our hearts.

So we're just going to just, it's just going to be a broad view of stuff that we have started. Just make sure everybody is on point and remember these guys I know last week, right when you did the quiz.

Please remember this, we are responsible for what we hear. These words, the message or the what I'm about to share today. It's been on a journey. Some stuff I studied it years years ago.

Before I even moved here in US. So which means you're going to hear things that have been on a journey some more than 10,15 years coming to you. So let's make sure that we never get in the habit of dismissing things that we hear.

One of the things I always ask myself every time somebody says something is why am I here in this now? Not yesterday, not last week, not last year, why here? Why now? Because obviously God is always speaking to us, right?

So let's just start with what the Bible is, right. Some of you have heard this. You might know it already, but I just want to make sure we're all on the same page. So the Bible is, it's called Book of life.

Because it possesses words from God. So anytime you open that book, you should automatically tell yourself, oh, I'm about to read what God is saying. And that book literally breaths.

Like it has breath in it. It’s the only book that is alive. It lives, that's because the scripture, the Bible itself tells us the word of God is the only thing that will never die, never perish. So which means that it is everlasting long life.

People might try to change it. Might transcribe some stuff. Might you know, whatever it is they try to do, the fact of the matter is that it still remains. Every generation will come and try to put its own little spin.

Remember, remember the good news Bible? Anybody who ever read the Good News Bible that had drawings remember the drawings inside the book is there, there's a narration of a story of you know the story of who was stoned? Stephen.

If you open the good news Bible, there's these drawings on the you know, pencil drawings of Steven getting stoned. And when you read the good news Bible it sounds like hey, hi. How are you?

That's the way it sounds because somebody had this concept that, hey, let's make it easy to read Bible. That came in the Bible pretty much no longer exists. Yeah, I don't. I've never seen it.

You know, if you find one probably in a thrift store somewhere, right? So to show us that every generation will have an idea of what they think this Bible, this word should sound like, change it to try to fit their generation.

But it just fades away too as the generation comes, generation fades. It fades too and another group comes the reality or the point I'm trying to make is that this stands forever. Which means that for you and I, if you hide that word in your heart, you live forever.

Because, if you take that book and put it in your heart. You then automatically can live forever. Because it's in you, right. The Bible is a record of God's self disclosure to mankind. God making himself known to us.

It's called a book of life like I said, because actually from Genesis all the way to revelation, it exemplifies the life of a human being from age 1 all the way to the age of 70. And I think we did a teaching on this last year I might send notes of that, I have them somewhere.

So every stage of human existence is represented in the Bible from the age of innocence, human conscience, human government, promise, law, grace and Kingdom, right. So that's our Bible.

The responsibility for us as it pertains to Bible is not to preserve it. But to take the word and put it in our spirit. We're taking what's on paper and make sure that it's in your spirit and what's in your spirit that means that you become the doer of the word.

You can never do the word if you don't embrace it spiritually. It's impossible. You have to embrace it spiritually first, and when you have it in you then only then it's easy to do what it says.

That's why a lot of people, Bible scholars at universities know it. That's why atheist read to criticize it because they never put it in here. So I want all of us that as we study and read Scripture it goes in here.

That's what the scripture is. God is making himself known to us. Out of his own will and pleasure. Nobody's forcing him out of his own desires like man. I want my creation to know me.

They've never met me. They are Father, I created them. I want them to know me now what Bible contains pertains to this dispensation of human survival and while we are in this neighborhood God existed before Genesis 1.

We don't know what he was doing. We don't know what he created before. This is why sometimes when you or they found a dinosaur, that is, that can be traced to 20 million years.

Because in his infinite wisdom, God has always existed, doing whatever he was doing wherever he was doing but for us He created us in a time space where we are just part of his larger creation.

The things that he had decided that we should not know, we should not try to know them because it wasn't meant for us to do. So when you hear. Mars and all these space force and all this stuff they're talking about.

It's just a waste of time, energy and money. Because we were not, if God wants us to live on Mars he could have made it easy for us to live on Mars. We went to the moon what came of it?

Because, the whole idea was we're gonna send people gonna leave over there. Nobody's ever gonna live over there. Because again, we were not designed to function in that environment.

So the Scriptures are written for us in this particular, it's a manual for us to exist in this era. Every so, which means that every answer to every problem we have it. There is absolutely nothing you and I are going to go through in life where there is no answer in the scriptures. Absolutely nothing.

There’s examples to show us what our ancestors have always tried to do and they either failed or succeeded to show us that the guidelines and the parameters of our existence still remains.

So that's scripture for us. Now we talked about how we get to understand scripture. We talked about Revelation knowledge. We talked about revelation, right, this is revelation. God revealing himself to you.

So you want to take care of revelation. Why do we need revelation? Because we have problems that need to be solved. And in order to solve those problems, some of them very complex, you're going to need wisdom, information and insight from the most high to solve that problem.

Why do we need revelation? It’s because human beings don't know what to do with our sinful nature. Otherwise, Jesus is not coming. If we knew what to do, we don't. So God says the best way to find the answers to these problems here is the process of getting to your answers.

I'll reveal myself to you and the Holy Spirit, which searches the deep things, even the deep things that are in my mind, will then come and reveal to you what you need to know about your situation.

And I've always said that we have great, great grandparents that did stuff that you and I don't know. Some of the fights that we have in life is things that our great grandparents did. We have no idea.

And sometimes the best way to engage in that fight that took place in 1800s is God reveal to you this is what you are actually fighting. So that in your prayer and in your effort to engage the enemy, you know exactly what you are fighting.

Jesus says my people, they don't have because they don't ask. But if they ask, they always ask a miss. So it's like knowing what to ask is very important and critical to understanding these scriptures.

Now let's go to, let me read these few scriptures you all know them. 2 Timothy 3:16, all scripture is God breathed, right? All scripture not a little word, all scripture God breathed it and is supposed to inspire you to do something.

Hebrews 4:12, for the Word of God, is alive and active. Alive and active, not dead. Alive and active. Sharper than a double edged sword. That the word of God can penetrate the human soul, your spirit, your joints, marrow.

A number of years ago, there's think one of April's dads friend invented a little thing like this that had the Bible, all of it inside of it. And you could press it and it will play. And what he used to do is he was experimenting on if you get injured, he would take the word and place it on.

Let's say you're injured on the on here. Then you put it over here and tie a bandit on it and leave it for days. And in his experiment, you found out that through his faith that the injured place would get healed.

To prove that the word of God was can penetrate that he was using this scripture to find out if the word of God literally can penetrate it the marrow of a human being. Luke 11:8 says he replied.

Blessed, blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it, here. So the word of God comes with blessing. I want you to think about it. If somebody saying man, I feel awful.

You can literally read the scriptures to them and they are automatically blessed by hearing the word, very simple and we think it does not work. I've shared with you a story where April, between the age of 25, 26, 27.

She went through a mental breakdown where she to be sequestered and for those three years she can't remember anything that happened in three years. Went to hospital, lived in the house, couldn't be left alone.

Because her mind had gone South. Every single day of those three years, Dad used to wake up in the morning and read scriptures to her and out of everything that happened in those three years, 25, 26, 27, the only thing that she remembers is the word of God.

So we can read scriptures to family members that are in sickness. We can read scriptures to family members that are dealing with stuff because when they are in need of a blessing, sometimes we think we have to go to lands, but sometimes it's just as simple as reading scripture to somebody who is in desperation.

Because the scriptures says blessed are the those who hear. Now we just talked about this Matthew 24:35. Heaven and Earth will pass away, but my words will never do what? Pass away.

Jesus answered it is written man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word, every, every word that comes from the mouth of God. So if you're hungry, it doesn't say read part of every word that comes.

Why it is essential to read scriptures because it is food to your soul. Matthew 4:4 Whoever believes in me as scripture says, so you have to believe in Jesus as Scripture says when you do that, it says out of your belly will flow rivers of living water that will flow from within.

Now 2 Peter 1:20. If anybody has 2 Peter 1:20, you can read for me, 1:20 right. Yeah knowing this first that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation or prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

Knowing this first. That's an instruction there's a lot of things that you have to know, but knowing this first. First thing about Scripture, knowing this first, which means that there's other things you should know, but the very first thing that you should know about Scripture, that no scripture is of private interpretation.

Even though Scripture could be personal, it cannot be private interpreting what it means is that you can't just decide this is what I want it to mean. But when you read that little paragraph read, you understand that scripture is what is prophetic.

So if you need a prophetic word instead of waiting for effect, prophets who wants money from you, you can read Scripture because it is prophetic. Scripture says, hey, Jesus is going to come one day Jesus came.

When you are weak, I am strong that's prophetic as much as it is scripture, it is prophetic. So when you are in dire need when you need hope, when you need to look to the future. When you have challenges that you are not sure what's going to come of it tomorrow, find scripture that is prophetic for that situation and address it with Scripture.

Remember when John was born? Zechariah wants to say something. But God realized you about to mess up some stuff here, so he shuts his mouth until the boy was born because he wanted to name him something else, God intervened.

No, no and Zachariah went mute until John was born. Now during that time of quietness God then interacts with Zechariah spirit. And when Zechariah comes out, John's father, when John comes out, Zechariah gave one of the best baby dedication ever done to any human being.

You, my son, you be the prophet of the most high. You'll be responsible for clearing the way for the Messiah to come. That was prophetic. And we've already said Scripture should not be of private interpretation, right?

Which means we can't pull something and create something. We are not God. The book has been canonized. That's it. You can't add 2 you can subtract this is what it is. John 5:45. Anybody has John 5:45m John 5:45.

But do not think. I will accuse you before the Father. Your accuser is Moses on whom you your hope are set. If you believe Moses, you would believe me for he wrote about me. But since you do not believe what he wrote, how are you going to believe what I say?

Moses wrote about Jesus. So Jesus saying, well, if you if you don't believe the word that was written about me, how is it even possible that you believe about me? So in other words, to believe in Jesus.

That’s why it says if you believe in me, as the scripture says not as you think as the scripture says, if you believe in me that I am the Messiah based on the scriptures. Then out of you everything changes.

So Moses, the first person to write. Moses is the first person to write scripture. Moses is writing with an understanding that something is coming. That greater thing is Christ. So he is writing in relation to what Christ is going to be.

So to understand who Jesus is, you have to understand the Bible. To really have a clear understanding of who Jesus is, you have to understand the Bible. Because the whole entire book is about him.

When Jeremiah was doing what he was doing, it was about him. When Daniel and them boys were in the fire, it was about him.

This is why King Nebuchadnezzar, after he threw the three boys in the fire, he says behold I see another man. Isn't that the son of God? How did he know that was revelation that he was the son of God but Jesus hadn't come yet.

So everything was about him. When Moses was in the wilderness and he has snake bites. He raised up a snake, anybody who sets his eyes on this snake, you shall not be beaten. That snake was Jesus.

God speaks to Moses in the desert. When the children of Israel were hungry and God said, I'll give you well. Then they got thirsty and what does the scripture say about thirsty? If you're thirsty of me I'll give you rivers of living water.

So they're thirsty, God speaks to Moses and says speak to the rock. But Moses was used to doing what hiding stuff. He parted the Red Sea. He hid it. So this time he does the same thing. Private interpretation.

He hid the rock and God says you can't hide Christ. Now that you have done so the consequences of that you are not going to see the promised land. Because you privately interpreted what God was saying.

You know how easy it is to take what God is saying out of context and then deny yourself the opportunity to enter the promised land. Not because you didn't hear him, because you privately interpreted something.

This is why hearing is so important. Point number three, I don't know. It's a point. All Scripture is personal. Even though it's personal, it's not of private interpretation. Which means that every person on this here, there’s a word specifically just for you.

Remember, the man was sitting on the pool of Bethesda for 38 years. All this time, angels what a get stirred up and nobody will push him. After 38 years so which means he's sitting at a pool where everybody, pretty much everybody around here, is dealing with some issue.

Everybody, it's somebody's got a hand problem, somebody's got a head issue over here. Somebody so when Jesus comes and he gives the word to get up. That was just for him. Everybody else who had his own other issues, it wasn't for him.

This is why for all of us, whenever we do Bible study or we teach, we preach. That you might think, man, this was one of the worst messages I've ever taught. Then somebody comes after and says you have no idea what you just did for me.

Because God is a way of contextualizing scripture and making it personal for every single person based on your needs, the things that you need to do and where you are going and what you need to accomplish.

So everybody has a word. Everybody has a word. You can breakdown Scripture to specific needs, specific needs. Scripture can be trusted, it's authentic. When the scripture says you are rich, that's what it says.

It's not, I don't, let's think about it. Maybe let's argue about it, are you sure because it doesn't seem like it's happening. No, it's not. This is what he says Moses, God then speaks to Moses says don't use my name in vain.

Don't use my words in vain. You're taking what is personal, sacred and what is authentic. What is supposed to be that never change and then you taking and applying it with in vain. So you don't reap the benefits.

And we talked about one of God's names, I think a few years ago, we talked about one of God's names, is what I am, right. The great I am. So when the scripture says when you are poor I, God, I'm rich.

And that's why you've heard me say never use the word I am with negative connotations behind me, because, you are endorsing stupidity, I am stupid. You just use God's name in vain to endorse stupidity.

He abused Lord's name in vain. He's just endorsing things through the force and power of the name of God. Anything that you apply Scripture to automatically something get triggered, something has to happen.

You can never apply scripture to a situation and it stays the same. It's impossible. It's impossible to take Scripture, you apply to a thing. Something is automatically triggered because all Scripture has power.

All Scripture has passion, all scripture has passion. We talk about the church in Berea. He's in a stateless mission in the book of Thessalonia. Paul never wrought a letter to the church in Berea.

One of his favorite churches because he uses them as an example as he's writing his letter to the Church in Thessalonians. First, he writes them says don't quench the spirit because they were withholding things back from the spirit.

The spirit was getting quenched in fellowship. So Paul is writing to them, hey don't quench the spirit. You should be like the church in Berea. Then he cites they should be like the church in Berea.

They search the scripture with passion every single day to make sure that what we are giving them is correct and is really the word of God. That's why you can see Paul never had to write a letter to them to address any issues because they were on point.

Every person should be a Bible scholar, period. Everybody should go to seminary. And you don't have to go to seminary. Everybody should study scripture with passion. Because if you if you want to understand that your whole entire existence this is the cheat sheet.

What would you do for anything that happens in your life use such an answer right. There you go, find it, Amen. All scripture is John 7:37, sorry all Scripture is power says at the mention of Jesus everything pays attention.

Demons believe the word of God and they do what tremble, demonic spirits they believe the word of God, and they tremble. I mean that's power. What I want us do in 2025, I want us to experience the power behind God's word.

Obviously, we all know the word here. We study it, we listen to it, we write, we teach all kinds of stuff. But in 2025 I want us to have an experiential knowledge of how powerful the word of God truly is.

So as a yearly homework assignment for this whole entire. I want us to find a situation that we are going to literally apply the word of God to be the problem over here, another over here. I want us to say ok, the problem, let's define it.

Let's go on the other side and let's find Scripture to apply to this problem so that we have experiential knowledge of how powerful the word of God truly is, it’s one thing to say the word of God is powerful.

But it's another to say, man, I saw, I experienced how powerful the word of God is. I applied it to this situation. I can, I'm sure I can talk about this Calvin a year ago. Remember, a year ago we started, we did went for about two weeks we started praying for things correct.

Calvin Doctor says yeah, we see cancer here. Run test, run, test, run test run test and the whole entire process of going back and forth has began. We started writing some stuff down that we wanted to pray for.

And surely a few months later I went to the doctors that says man, all clear. Now before that event, before that event Calvin had a knowledge of who God is. After the event, his knowledge of who God is not the same.

Now I'm saying this to say that this words that we've given to us, they are given to us to change circumstances to apply. We are not reading scriptures so we can say man yeah, I read the book. I read it again.

We are reading it so we find Scripture to apply to situations. We find scriptures to fight with Jesus prove this. It's not in the book. You can test me with something that's not in the book. I mean, this is Jesus.

You could have said, hey, I'm Jesus. I can fight you. But he if he could go to the word and say it is written. Man shall not live on bread alone, but by every word that proceeds the mouth of God and Satan backed off and he came with another test.

So prayer is great and we should pray without ceasing. But prayer with the word of God. It's a whole different ball game altogether. This is why you see in my prayer I usually just try to put scriptures in them because I know my words God can hear but his words, it can return void.

It says the words that come from me cannot return void. So if I'm tabling things on the cross and it's based on what he's saying. Then he has to honor his word. If the scripture says every child is a gift from the Father.

That's what it says. That God literally gave us these children. So which means along with the gift comes ways to raise them, but it's all in there. Example we talked about David before.

Saul was a tormented man. And Saul in order to find peace he had to call David to do what sing, pray and. God because of that inspiration. He then captures the words of King David and put them in a book.

Let's call the Book of Psalms. Application if somebody's has is dealing with tormented spirit, where do we go in scriptures? The Book of Psalms, because that's what was used to deal with another man who was tormented.

So if it works there, it works here. If his Jehovah Jireh in New York, he is Jehovah Jireh in Zimbabwe. If he's a healer over here is a healer over there. So you can find a plethora of things.

Because these scriptures are supposed to inspire us. Inspire us to solve problems are we together? So this year is a homework assignment. I want all of us if you have situations, you're dealing with challenges over here I want you to list every single one of them.

And let's do a Bible research of those problems nowadays it's easy. Can just Google it find but after Google it, find scriptures, read it, understand the stories behind that and then apply it, apply it, apply it, apply it, apply it, apply it.

And most times you find how it was applied in the scripture and do the same thing. And of course, we said scripture is prophetic. And of course, all Scripture is profitable. You gain something by reading it, you gain something.

And all scripture is useful. So we have a good homework for the year. Let's list those things. And let's find scriptures and let's apply. Those who have grandkids right now talk to the side.

I'm sure I can talk this praying their grandkids to come to the knowledge of Christ to change the dynamics of what took place in the past, right? We have stories of men who did the same thing and got the benefit.

For example, the Ark of the Covenant, which was the presence of God was coming this way and the children of Israel have failed to handle it properly. And God says you're not touching this anymore.

You'd better go get your egg together and come back and get it later on. Obed Edom his ancestors were devil worshippers. And he offers to faith keep the Ark of the Covenant, until they get their act together.

And because of that act, God says since you have done this gesture for me, I'm going to change and transform your whole entire people group and generations and born to time. Well, we can do the same thing.

Lord, I'm willing to safeguard your presence and for that reason, I'm asking for the same precedence over there that you did over. I'm asking for the same thing. I'm not asking that is outside the box, asking for the same thing.

That was, I said, got your presence, transform everybody over there. This is why in court, right, if there's a case that is complicated, that's why you have people research, scholars research throughout the history of the country, has there ever been a case like this before?

That's why you see in Law Offices, they have all those books of different states because somebody starts researching. Oh, I found a case that happened in 1865 in Mississippi when soaring so was exonerated because this was.

And when they come to court and say judge, with all due respect the law of the land ruled on his behalf in 1865, even though he had done the same thing. So I'm asking for the same because the law of the land did that and because of that, because of research somebody then gets exonerated.

So I'm saying to us, we want to be Bible researchers, scholars and understand the word so that we have different stories that we understand and know. And if they pretend to our family to things we are going to pray accordingly.

So that when we knew before God, we have a well researched case. So that we can present it in the courts of heaven with evidence and clarity of knowing what we are fighting for. So that the judge himself can rule on our behalf.

That's why I've always said  for years, talk to parents. I understand what happened back there. Get all the information because you don't want to be fighting in the dark. You don't want to be presenting case and prayers that are not well researched.

That's why, James says even though you ask, sometimes you ask your miss because you haven't properly researched the case. So this year, I want us to be extremely smart Christians.

Who know the word, who are researching the word with passion, trying to figure out how do we crack this code? We all believe in generational curses. We know they exist and sometimes we don't even know what it is we are fighting, Amen.

All right, so we have a good homework assignment that will last us a lifetime, right, lifetime. So we're going to do a ton of research, but again, let's just leave some problems over here. First things first, list all of them.

What is the problem? What is the issue. Let's list them. Then after that, let's start our research. So we can research every case properly so we can present well researched prayers to the courts of heaven.

I think after next week. The first week, second week of February, I think it might be necessary in conjunction with this message today to kind of do an overlay of the courts of heaven.

So that you have a clear understanding how that is structured so that as we move down to pray, we have a clear understanding of where we are presenting our prayers and how God answers.

Because it's important as believers for us to know how God answers prayer and why God does not answer certain prayers. It's important because you don't want to be on your knees for the next three years for a prayer that God is not going to answer.

And in the scripture there's so many people who prayed in Gaza. I'm not answering that because it goes against my principal, it violates everything about me. So we're going to be smart scholars.

We're going to get better and better and better in Bible research and understanding scriptures, and if I'm available. If you want to give me a call, Pastor Zee I'm trying to figure, let's do it.

Because again I don't want to get to heaven one day and I'm like, look at all these answers I had for you. But you just never looked over. It was right there. Then we like you mean I would have dealt with that this way, right. I don't want that to be us.

So we're going to do research if we need to talk to parents, if we need to talk to, let's do it because it's good to know what am I dealing with. What am I fighting here? When did this start?

When did this start? Who am I fighting? Because, then we can fight the good fight of faith, right. And if you are going to be in a fight of faith, make sure it's a good one. Don't fight like yeah I can win that in my sleep, fight a good one.

There are certain things we can just do, we don't have to fight the good fight of it. You know what I'm going to do that. And there are certain things that will be like, Oh yeah, I'm going to really have to dig deep here and I got to know exactly what I'm fighting.

So the Bible contains everything I've just said, contains all our weapons and everything that we can use for our advantage. So failure to use is because you either don't know what you have in weaponry or you just never accessed it, are we together? All right, so it's. 6:59. I have 30 seconds. We have 30 seconds.

You know, I actually surprise surprise. I actually was going to ask if people could stay on for a few minutes longer. I know just because I would love if I just feel on my heart that if everyone just either type the name of someone that they know is in need of healing into the chat box.

Or tell us who those names are and if we could take a few minutes to practice it, to apply what Pastor Zee he has been saying to us right now about applying the scripture for healing.

I think we're here 12 of us. You know, there's no mistake. No there's twelve of us on this screen and to kind of encourage us along in this, I found 12 scriptures online that I'm gonna prayerfully ask everyone to read it.

I can share my screen Pastor Zee if that's ok. And as you know, I'm going to just ask you to read it in the order that I see you on the screen. So Mother Jones, of course Your first. I don't know why you're always first.

Then Calvin, then me and Pastor Zee, Mary after Pastor Zee. Nadia, Sarge, Nina, Dorothy, Debbie, Danielle, if you can see, I don't know if you can see the screen and Monica. So I'm going to share my screen again again to order.

Mother Jones, Calvin, Me, Pastor Zee, Mary, Nadia, Sarge, Nina, Dorothy, Debbie, Danielle and Monica. So let me share my screen so you can see a few scriptures that I saw online ok. Can you see these scriptures?

Yes. Wonderful ok. So that you can see. Ok Mother Jones. Amen.1 Peter 22:4. And you want to read them. Yes, please. You can meet the first one, yes. He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and alive and live for righteousness by his wounds you have been healed.

So whoever you're thinking about and wanna lift up in prayer. Let's pray that scripture over that person. By his wounds, fill in a blank so and so will be healed. Ok, who's number 2?Isaiah 40:29. He gives strength to the weary and increases of the weak.

So whoever you're lifting up in prayer believe that Jesus will give them strength and increase their power in their weakness. Of course Oh I'm not why? Yes, we need prayer absolutely. All right, I'll read the number 3.

He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds. Those who are sick and I'll are often broken hearted, but I'm believing in the name of Jesus that he will heal these broken hearted on our prayer list.

And he's going to bind up their wounds and we have to believe that together corporately brothers and sisters in Christ, we have to believe in this power of communion. This community of prayer. So whoever you're lifting up believe that for these people, this person, even yourself, ok Pastor Zee, 4.

And James 5:14-15 is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well. Lord will raise them up if they have sinned, they will be forgiven.

And this is something that we don't grab hold of the power of the elders in our midst. I'm sure pastor Zee could speak more on this, but it's time for the elders to get up at the gate and put their hands on people.

Like you want the elders. You don't want just anybody putting their hands on you. It's time for us to believe that the elders and everyone on this call has an eldership call on them or he wouldn't be on this call.

So put your hands on people and anoint them with oil and believe that in the name of the Lord they will be healed. Ok 5, ok can you hear me? Yes I'm gonna go ahead and personify this and I'm gonna read the scripture from and go ahead and personify it.

I Mary Jane ask you Almighty God to heal me, Lord and I will be healed is what Jeremiah 17:14 reads. I'm asking you to save me and I will be saved fpr you Almighty God is the one that I praise.

Hey man, what a lovely lady to yes, absolutely. Personify these scriptures. Yes, put your name in there, absolutely, thank you.

Thank you for reminding us. It's important to do that, Amen. Number six, Nadia. Psalms 103:2-3 praise the Lord, my soul, and forgive not all his beliefs. Who give us all your sins and heals all our diseases.

Praying for healing, for ourselves, for others let’s not forget to praise the Lord. Praise the Lord when you're feeling weak. Praise the Lord when you're feeling anxious. Praise the Lord because you still have breath in your lungs.

If you're still here that means he has more for you to do. So praise the Lord. Alright, 7 I bet it was Sarge. So let him read the next one ok. Isaiah 53:5 but he was Piers for our transgressions. He was crushed by our iniquities. The punishment that brought us peace was on him and by his wounds we are healed.

Imagine that this was this was said twice more than once in the Bible, said the New Testament and the Old Testament. So it must mean that God wants us to really understand this. He pierced for us he told us more than once, and by his wounds we are healed, we are delivered, we are set free.

Because of this, ok 8, He called his 12 disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sick, Amen. Jesus's disciples today we are his witnesses and he said that greater things we would do.

We have to believe this brothers and sisters in Christ, we have the authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness. But we have to believe that we don't believe it because our thinking has been westernized that we don't believe that we can see this, this goodness, these miracles, these wonders.

But Jesus has given us this authority, brothers and sisters in Christ, it is time for us to walk in this authority. Let anybody tell you the whole spirit isn't here that you can't, alright 9.

Mark 5:34, he said to her daughter. Your faith has healed you, go in peace and be free from your suffering. Go in peace and this, of course, is the woman who touched him of his garment, and how many people were healed simply because their faith.

Their faith healed them, she said in her heart if I just Can you imagine the faith it takes to know? I don't even need him to put his hand on me. Let me just touch the hem. Let me touch, let me just touch the hem and I know I'm going to be free.

Can we have that kind of faith. Yes, absolutely. Amen 10 Debbie. Oh, you're muted, Debbie. Ok could you hear me now? Yes hold on, ok. 3 John 1:2. Say dear friend, which I say my sister Bob, that I'm praying for that was diagnosed with breast cancer and we know by strike she are here.

So say, dear Bob, your friend. I pray that you may enjoy good health. Help and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well, Amen.

Amen, thank you again for putting in reminding us to put the name, put the name in the scripture, Amen. Thank you, thank you and we have last two scriptures 11. Psalms 6:2, Be gracious to me, O Lord, fire. I'm languishing heal me, O Lord, for my bones are troubled.

Amen and we know when we're when we're ailing and when we're ill well it is so hard. We don't want to minimize it. We’re human is so hard, so it's fine to cry out to the Lord and say, Lord, this is a lot.

This is a heavyweight you put on me. Please be gracious to me. Understand that I am just flesh. I'm just dust, but I'm still crying out to you because I believe. I believe in your power. And in the last one, Psalm 12. I'm sorry,12.

Psalms 41:3 the Lord sustains Felicia and Diane on her sick bed, and Diana, Felicia illness. Restore Felicia and Diane to full health.

Amen thank you all so much and I'm just gonna ask the thank you so much and Pastor Zee, thank you so much. Before you go I hoe everyone is on. Alright. Daniel, can you come on? Can you come on? If you can or you should.

All right that's Danielle and she's got two children three and the last born Zipporah is my honorary baby. And she's dealing with some stuff. And I know that this generation for most of you, your grandchildren and our children. We are dealing with so much pressure.

And in the enemy ain’t playing games with them. And the reality is that the church that you and I went to is not the same church they have experienced at all, it's night and day. Their generation the devil has managed to infiltrate it so many different angles.

And they are dealing with so much pressure from life's challenges. Keep being bombarded by things every single day and then the pressure of wanting to become something, and sometimes you don't even know what that is.

And I know how sometimes that can really you know, weigh on you. To an extent that sometimes I feel like I don’t want to do anything and I love this young lady. I deeply love this young lady and I want us to pray for her.

But also I want for her to stand in proxy for all our children. And I think it's important for us as parents to really start prophesying on these children using scripture. Whatever means you know lay hands on them.

Pray for them because they are under duress. And then sometimes they don't even know that they are under duress because the amount of stuff that I'm hearing from different ones you know I coach tennis.

And I have teenager kids, so their friends, the stuff they deal with. I can tell you how many times they're like, so and so says this so and so wants to kill himself. So and so is going through that sort. And you realize it's a generational thing they are all dealing with.

And you know we have been trained by this country to give them freedom in the name of freedoms sake, and sometimes they are ready for it. We are where we are because we did not have freedom. We couldn't just do stuff because, you're either gonna told you can't do that and you'll be why and if you ask why, you probably get a whooping.

So there it was just do as I tell you, do or now we have given our kids sometimes too much freedom to handle things they are not ready to handle. And freedom comes with problems. And sometimes you're not equipped to handle those problems.

So Zipps this is love because, I want you to do well and I don't want you to hide because we are rooting for every single one of you. Because as we are running our race, we don't want to get to the end of our race and we are looking for somebody to hand the baton and there's nobody.

And then we have to run twice while we are waiting for you or get your act together. That's just too much wasted time and energy, and we don't have it, we are getting old. So I know you can hear me.

I want you to do well and we've been talking about this for a few weeks now. We need to now start trailing and blazing a trail and you have help. See, that's the other thing. They have been trained not to even look for help.

Not even to ask, not even to talk. That whole entire generation. They are suffering in silence. And if they have problems, they go to Google. In Google suggests all kinds of stuff that are un odly. So we're gonna pray for Zipporah and in proxy of all our children. That 2025 may be uniquely different for them, in spite of all the stuff they facing, Amen, Amen.

All right, let us pray. Heavenly Father, we come before you today. We thank you for this generation that you have placed on our lap. We know we are responsible of carrying this Kingdom and passing it on to the next generation.

I'm asking you tonight that as we focus mainly on them that God, may you send your spirit without mission to infiltrate every hidden crevice of their minds, things they cannot speak of, things they are dealing with, the challenges they have.

And sometimes they don't even have words to explain what it is. I'm praying for the Holy Spirit to now visit every single one of them and challenge their thinking. The way they see this world. The way they see this gospel.

Understanding salvation to them that God, you may find them. Wherever they might be hiding. I know you have no problem whatsoever to locate us. You know exactly where every single one of us is.

Emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. I'm asking now, Holy Spirit to visit all our children to visit Zipporah in a quiet time. Transform this young woman to find purpose to find strength, to find wisdom, to find guidance, to get to her destination.

I pray that none amongst them will be lost that the mental pressure they are dealing with. We pray psalms over them. That they will be hidden under the shadow of the Almighty. I thank you for the extension of salvation.

They are our children. You give them to us as gifts. Now we hand them back over to you. We hand Zipporah back to you, Lord. We dedicate her back to you and say God Almighty according to your will and purpose.

Everything you have for this young lady. She will walk in it. She will be victorious in the challenges she will face that bring good friends around our children around her. That are encouraging, inspiring that care about spiritual things.

We are living in a dying world that is offering nothing except death and grime. And I pray, Lord, may you have mercy on our children, exonerate them from danger, seen or unseen. I pray Lord, that may they find comfort in the word in the scripture, in gospel music.

Open their eyes and turn their eyes from heartless things and direct them to the path of your commands. I pray, Lord, that God, you are going to do exceedingly abundantly with every single one of them.

And I'm asking you, Lord, that in this season, in this season,in this 2025 may they find their purpose in you. Every single one of them. May they walk victoriously. Thank you for your grace.

I pray for angels on assignment to guard every single one of them, wherever they go. Protect them from harm and danger. I pray, Lord, that none amongst them would die prematurely because we know that's what the enemy is looking for.

So we cancel every death assignment. Cancel every spirit of torment. We cancel every generational curse. We cancel spirit of depression. We counsel spirit of loneliness. We counsel every negative emotion that hinders the progress they have made.

We are coming together as a family tabling our requests in unity, knowing Lord that in your presence we can ask for anything, and it shall be done for us. So, Lord, we hand these children back to you.

We hand Zipporah back to you and now we ask, Lord, that may you transform this young woman into the brilliant mind that we know she can become. Pray for grace. We pray for love to abound. Now and forevermore in Jesus name, Amen.

Amen continue with homework assignment. Continue with it is do it with all our might and don’t be in a rush to finish it. But let's be diligent with it. So we can get to where we need to get to, Amen.

Pastor Zee can you list the steps again. The steps you problems to listed challenges research, scriptures which define it and apply it.

So list all the challenges and if you can research the, research the challenges. If there's people you might need to talk to, talk to them. So you can understand the history. Once you're done with that these find characters first in the scriptures that first the same things.

Oh, characters. Yeah, you can find characters in the scripture that face the same. People who dealt with torment, who tortured depression, people who had illness that could not be defined, they are all in there, then the best way is to find Scripture where the interaction. kind of collides, for example, the woman with the issue of blood, right?

She has a long prop standing healthy problem for 12 years. When she meets Jesus from the time she missed Jesus to when Jesus leaves her, you're going to find something in that moment that either was said scripture that was given.

Like for example you just gave us 1, right? Says daughter your faith has healed you. So what came out of that interaction with Jesus was a story of faith. Giving somebody who was dealing with a long time illness.

Now lets take a situation. Let's say I'm dealing with a knee problem for a long time. The principle behind that description is that now I have grow my faith to heal this knee problem. And you gotta understand, guys, you might have faith for something else and not have faith for something else.

We all have faith. Some people who can have faith for helping others might not have faith to help themselves. So now you start applying faith. Lord, I apply faith to this situation. I know I might not have enough but I'll start this journey of applying faith to this particular problem.

Remember what I've always said that if you don't have enough you can do a layaway. You put a little something you come back and do it again until you have the full price, just don't quit. Because if you don't go back for things that you have put on layaway, what do they do? You put it back up.

Don't sell cheap for somebody else. So if you don't have enough faith, do not stop growing your faith for that particular situation until you yield the results you want. So we can find situations like that the best way to do it find situations in the scriptures where Jesus interacted with somebody who was dealing with something.

Or maybe a biblical figure, David dealing with Saul. The interaction produced an inspired word. Moses dealing with Pharaoh, that interaction produced you’ll find scriptures as you read that story.

Oh my God, there it is. So let's research especially stories. You’ll find more principles in stories. Where a godly man meeting a godly person. Where Jesus meet somebody who's dealing with something, that interaction, that intersection usually always produces a word, a scripture, an inspired moment that you can take and use for your own personal life.

Is that clear enough? Awesome. May the Lord bless every single one of you and may give you an incredible phenomenal week of just solving issues and problems in Jesus name, Amen.
