"Understanding And Interpreting Scripture"

Honest to God we’re gonna have a discussion. And then what we wanna come to at the end of this is a clear understanding of what this book actually really means. So that our view of why it is holy and our relationship with it right is not a distant one or a chore or something that we have to be obligated to do rather than to see that actually.

This is a book about how we should live culturally as Christians. That if you want to understand how a Christian should live this book like this is like Emmanuel per se of how do I go from here to there.

So then you think about the Bible, right? Why? Why was it written in the? Why did God find it that I'm gonna inspirationally breathe to some people. Think about why would God decide well, I need to inspire some people to write some things.

And then at some point after a period of 1000, 200 hundred years, I'm going to collect what is phenomenal about those writings and put them together so that all of humanity at some point will learn from this.

Why would God do that? Unless it's for us to know what he wants us to know. Now the question is, what does he want us to know? What about him because. Listen, I want you to think about this this way.

Let's say you are a father and you by accident you were in Vietnam. And you had some fun over there and you end up with children. And you out years later that well, the girl that she had over there actually had twins.

And you haven't seen them and they don't know you. You then say I want to introduce myself to who? to them. Where do you start? Where do you start? You start from hey, this is what I'm doing now.

Or do you start from let me explain to you how I came to be. Let me take you a journey. So you have an understanding of who I am. So by the time you get to the end you have a good idea of who your father is and you have a good idea what I do.

And you have a good idea, how I do what I do because if you understand how I do this will probably give you a better explanation of why you do what you do. So without that explanation let's take the same situation.

Let's say these kids never meet you. Or never get to know about you. The reality is that they're going to go through their life in the dark, in the dark. They know they do some stuff, but they don't know why they do what they do because they don't have a point of reference they can point to.

So God has a son named Adam. That he had an incredible relationship with. And one day, the enemy comes between father and son. The father because of who he is he cannot associate with what the son become, and this goes to all of us.

This is why, if you really want to study if you really want to understand God, look at how we will do things, if something was to happen, if one of my kids just starts acting crazy. I will try to instruct and do all the necessary things a parent will do, but if his stuff start bringing chaos here.

One of the things I probably tell him is that this house is a conducive environment that we have created and if you don't want this environment, you are not welcomed here. But in this situation, God had created the house for you.

He then decides I can't leave here. So I'm going to separate myself because I don't want you to leave you without anything. I'll still leave you with the same place I had created for you.

And by the way, if all parents, who probably this is why sometimes they're like, hey, why are they doing something about this child because the love of a father and the love of a mother is unbelievably unconditional.

So God then separates himself. Father son, end up having children and these children are all born in sin and the father says, well, I can't allow this to continue. So I'm going to promise you at some point I'm going to have to come.

But the way I'm coming, I'm going to have to create another son who would take on your sins in order to bring back this one's broken relationship together. Now if we have this story in background, why would then then the father.

How would then the father make himself known to not convince to teach these children about things they need to know in order to get back into the right standing with the father. So he inspires people over the years to write stories.

He doesn't tell the people I'm giving you these stories so that one day we can give them to this humanity. They are writing based on their experiences. And the ones that are going to receive they are receiving experiences, but unbeknown to those who are writing that actually what they are doing is through the inspirational of the Holy Spirit.

That's how we get to the book. Now as you are writing the story, the letter to your son or to children you left in Vietnam, right? You are writing with the essence that one they hear you. Not read you, hear you.

I want you to hear my heart because as you're writing, right, you're writing from where, not here, but you're writing from connecting things that you felt.

How you, this is why you see if you ever read a letter of introduction, there's a lot of feelings poured out into the story in order for the person who is reading to capture the essence of what the person was feeling.

I've read books that you hear, but you actually end up seeing. All right, I'm going to use Daniel here. Sorry Dee, I read Daniel's book a few weeks ago. And theres a scene she writes in the book where she is in hospital.

I'm sure I can share this because it's in the book, right? I can share this right? Yeah because, it's in the book, right. So, so she raised the scene when she's standing on the counter of a hospital to receive medicine, right.

So she paints a picture where she writes the story about a large man who was part of the security, who showed up on the scene to make sure everything is calm. So as she's writing right, as I'm hearing, I began to see what that looked like.

The only reason I am seeing what that looked like is because of the spirit behind what's being written. With that spirit is all heard knowledge. So the beauty of the Holy Spirit is to transport you to the spirit of that particular day when this was written.

So that you have a vision of what that is. So that once you see it, it creates something in you that can no longer leave you because you cannot unsee some things. So this book the Bible.

The way I want us to look at it is a father you don't know and he is writing to you to show you how much he loves you, misses you wants to be with you. Hence Jesus says in my father's house there are many.

Why is he telling us hey, I know you're going through this, but man the father will send me oh my God. I can't wait for you to come see what he has prepared for you. But the journey back there are things you must do so that when the meeting does finally come together you are back into the original state.

That you were your forefathers were before sin. So this book, the book on behavioral change. From sin to holiness, from fear to fame, from hate to love. So this is the book that's designed to mitigate every negative emotion that is conceived by the evil thoughts of human beings when they don't have God inside of them.

So when we read this, sometimes there's a tendency of separating yourself from what's being read like it was for those people, of course it was for them, but ultimately it was for you.

As much as it was for them, because we are all in the same boat. So when you look at the scriptures from that point you then realize that it's impossible to live a holy life where you grow in the knowledge of who God is without this book.

Otherwise if you are in Vietnam and you just living life without the knowledge of you going to make a ton of mistakes in order to get to your destiny, but you would have an understanding.

For example, I took the kids to Africa with me and when we were in Africa they finally said I finally understand, I finally can see. Who you really are amongst your people. This is God's intent that you can be sinful who you are.

Because you now have history that points to the reference points of why you do what you do and how you do what you do. Hence, we have the Bible. So now when you read Scripture from that perspective, it carries a different meaning altogether.

This is why when you read a book of proverbs it says, listen my son. It's not Bibilical people are writing to one. Of course they were writing to one another, but it's God in setting his spirit in it so that the same applies to you.

So when you hear, listen my son, he is talking to you. Listen, my son, this is what I want you to know. So from that perspective, if you're now to take any other scripture and really, it carries a different meaning, it becomes personal.

It becomes really personal. It doesn't become Oh, well, now if it's personal, right? When somebody says something that violates that. This is why we all go into a church and sit in a pew and a pastor over this stands up and says something that is contrary to the word.

Your antenna goes up. That's why we get mad when somebody starts doing some crazy stuff in church. We all get mad because it's personal. Because you are violating what the father is trying to get me to know about him and about me.

So if you are leading me in the wrong place, we have a problem. You know what one of the hardest thing for me as a pastor is to sit here every Sunday or every day, when I talk to anybody that, unbeknownst to me that what the words that are coming my mouth are leaving everybody I come to contact to help.

It's a massive responsibility because the scripture says what's your doctrine because it'll cause you and everybody was falling off to you, the pedophile. That's one of the scariest creature for me. And the other one says some of you will say, Lord, Lord, on that particular day, and I'm going to tell you, it's not from me.

I have no idea who you are that's scary. Now when you're saying when you read that Scripture right, I have no idea who you are at all or is he saying that I don't know who you are at all.

Or is he saying that I gave you instructions so that you understood who you are and how I created you to become or to be so that when I finally see you, I identify with that.

That's what he's saying. Oh, if you read these scriptures, they're going to bring you to a place where I now say yes, that's the person I created in the 1st place right there.

But if you read it and it doesn't lead you to that place, that's when you say some of you gonna say Lord Lord says. Yeah, of course you did all these things, but what you read, you misinterpreted and it led you to become a whole different human being all together.

That I can’t recognize. So when we read scriptures right? The goal, the idea behind this book is to bring us to that original intent where God sees you for who you are supposed to be.

Not what you've been through, for who you are supposed to be. Now when you actually read Scripture from that point you then realize, oh, this is supposed to do something to me. This is why James says be he do was of the word, not hearers.

All right so from that right, I want us to look at these scriptures. Because then you're going to realize that not every single word is it maybe whatever you find in the scriptures. Don't skip through it just because you feel like he's joining words, right?

All right before we go any questions? Anybody who's getting something want to add something? I want to add just one little thing that everything that you have said I agree with. My dad had already told.

I don't know if I told you or not that my dad was also a minister, but More than those 66 books that we read that we called the Bible, they're, you know, there is more information that a lot of people who have not heard of it, it was, you know, they're doing exercises now getting out.

I doubt if it would be added to our about because we have so much, Jesus himself said. I mean, not Jesus, but it was said about Jesus there so much that if you told it all, we couldn't carry it, you know, it's just too much about him and we just we love him.

Because from the beginning, he was there and in revelation and somebody I don't know, I think it was Mary Dawson talked about the different sections of the Bible. Actually I was writing down as you were talking.

Actually the old Ave. Testament there are just 4 of sections that blow the prophets, poets and the prophecy. Oh, you know, sometimes I I'd like for you to talk about that with us before different things than what we got to learn from those four different areas of our the word.

That's awesome and so true because when you think about the layout of it, right? You have prophets then you have poetry. And then if you really study poetry, you realize, oh, poetry, you could read it today and you could read it 20 years from now.

The principles remain even though the story might change because it's written in a way it is so metaphorically that it's going to last forever. Right, so that’s the genius of of scriptures. And that's the genius of scriptures.

So let's go to Proverbs 3:5, let’s start there because we all caught this one. Right Proverbs 3:5. It says trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not to your own understanding.

In other words, how you know what you know don’t lean on that. Why? Because the foundation of where that thought or those thoughts are coming from is not a good place. Why is not a good place?

Because you are sons and daughters of Adam, so he says trust in the Lord. Why? Because he knows all things. He knows how things should have gone. Don't lean to how you became who you are.

But trust in the Lord and lean not into your understanding. Then in all your ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your path. Now the opposite of that is true. If you don't trust in the Lord and lean into if you lean to your own understanding, then you are not going to acknowledge God in all your ways.

And when that happens is not going to direct you in your ways. So when you start breaking it now, we read this part right. Then verse 7 says do not be wise in your own eyes. Remember, how do you see after you hear.

Fear the Lord and depart from evil. How do you depart from evil? By fearing God. It will be healthy to your flesh. So not fearing God not departing from evil will cause what sickness and you lose strength in your bones.

Now if you know us as believers, we come right here straight up lean not on your understanding in all your ways acknowledge your ways. Now when you read it in isolation it seems like it's a suggestion, correct.

If you read it in isolation, it seems like, oh, I'm suggesting that you do this. But when you when you now think this is the father writing to you. Now go to the beginning of that chapter 3:1.

My son, personal is almost kind of God is like Calvin. Do not forget my law but let your heart keep my commands for length of days and long life. He's telling you like, hey, why is he saying length of days in long?

Because he knows I have a plan for you to be here for length of days and long life. But in order to successfully do that let me give you a cheat sheet to do it. I'm telling you what I desire as a Father for you.

Length of days and long life. Now, in order to do that, son don't forget my commandments and laws and peace, they will add to you. So if you don't have peace, what has happened? You have forgotten the commandments.

Let not mercy and truth forsake you, bind them around your neck. Now we all at some point have put on a necklace. You can feel it the entire time, you run, you walk is right here. You can feel it when you take it off.

Like oh God, sometimes we have to do this right. Those who wear necklaces after you take it off because and then wear it for a long time you end up having if you go to the beach, you have a line over here of the necklace.

Now he's saying God is like no wear it like that. Do not be wise in your own eyes. Now when you get to 7 right? It sounds like in isolation, but it's still the same conversation. That is so personal.

When God is really talking to individuals on a personal level. But in a group it sounds very informal. No, I trust in the Lord and lean on your understanding in all your ways acknowledge him.

It sounds like a suggestion. But if you understand that this is the father writing to you personally. Now let's think about that child who is in Vietnam. You get your first letter from the father.

You have never heard. Never knew you had and he introduced himself to you. How do you handle that letter? Is it something you just put over there or is it treasure? It’s a treasure, right?

How many people would you tell that man, I finally got a letter from my father. How many people would you say my God when you told me that he coughs with his hand this way. I've always done that.

Oh my God, it makes sense. Quick story pertaining to this because this might help us to really understand, my father when he passed away, I finally met his son and never met him before.

And the way he rub his nose. I'm looking at him, I'm like, oh, my God, I don't need to go to no doctor to get a dna thing, nothing. The way he does his hair and he does this thing with when his nose is itchy.

And this one over here does the same thing and when we started explaining to him it made sense. Because he's like, yeah my fiance is always bugging me for doing that and he's like, where do you get that?

I'm like, well, that's where the father is. Now that's what God desires to show us through scripture, show us through scripture. So that's the first example that when you read this from a personal standpoint, it really sounds like men are having your own conversation with God now just the two of you, having a conversation.

Let's go to I've taught on this a little bit. Let's go to Acts 3 is a random scripture because it's going to help us to see that. Behind every word in the scripture. There is a hidden principle because God does not waste words.

Everything goes on top of one thing building a strong case for who he is in you, not one. And if you stop and think about who he is to you, you then realize that his principles are everywhere.

You can't run from them even if you miss them. Alright Acts 1. Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of one prayer.

Being the 9th hour a certain man, lame from his mother's womb, was carried from where he lay down at the gate of the temple, which is called beautiful, to ask arms of them that entered into the temple.

Who's seeing Peter and John about to go into the arms and Peter Fastening in his eyes upon him with John said look on us and he gave hid unto them, expecting to receive something.

Then Peter said silver and gold I have none. But such as I have given thee. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise and walk. And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankles and bones received strength.

Here’s a man. He's sitting at the gate called beautiful. He's lame from birth which means that somebody brought him to this gate every day. He asked this man for something they can give.

Peter says I don't have physical things to give you. But what I can give you is the original state that God created you to be and wants you to be and in the name of Christ we will now know who has given us the same thing to finally know who we are in him and shown us the Father.

I'm extending the same thing to you. I'm not giving you physical things. You know, I'm going to give you access to the original intents. So you can get your way back to how you were supposed to live this.

Now mind you he was lame from what? Birth, which means he was born this way. Now, if he was born this way here's a question we can talk about this did God wanted him to be born this way?

I don't think so because now he comes in contact with a Father he never knew. And the father says men I never created you this way. Something happened. Let's bring you back to your original state, get up and walk.

Now, if you think about why this is being written. Let's think about why is this story so important that God says this has to be captured, It has to be in the book. Because all of us, we are born lame.

Separated from our original intent. We can walk into our own destinies that God created us to walk into. So through the aid of him introducing himself to you, he is literally saying now. This is not this is not what you were supposed to be.

This is how I intended you to become. So Peter and John say, hey, I'm not offering you perishable things. I'm going to offer you access to who you were supposed to be in the first place. So let's read again.

Now Peter and John. What principle is there with two or more of you are gathered, you can see Scripture everywhere, so there's two of them going when together, right principle of togetherness. They went into the temple.

You shall go to the House of the Lord, right. Tells us hour the principle of time. That's why it says 9th. It doesn't say 2 in 3rd. It says 9th. There's a reason why it's 9th hour, so they go together at that time, which was time for prayer, this is evening, right?

So many principles right here. God used to come down when? Cool of the day. What's cool of the day, morning and evening. Another principle layered in there. And a set of men named from his mother's womb was carried.

Somebody had to bring him there. And they laid him daily. Principle of perseverence. So 38 years, somebody persevered, bringing this person to the and the scripture says if you go through, let perseverance do its work and when you get to the end of it, you will get a reward.

So let's say this was the day, he says I’m tired of going to the temple. Or somebody said you know what today I've always carried you for 38 years, I don't want to go I'm tired. Principal Perseverance.

It's in the scripture. So you realize that every scripture that's written. There's always tons of principles behind it that if you stop you will see them everywhere. Now Peter and John looked at him.

The principle of paying attention because they could have just said Oh well I got stuff to do inside the church now while we are there, right? Don't we all do this? The stuff that does not contain us, we just.

But we are being shown here through scripture in simplest forms that we have to pay attention. Even to things that we think means nothing. He's asking for arms. Scripture says you shall ask and he shall be given to you if you don't have ask.

So he's asking but now he's asking for the wrong thing because what he needs more than arms now don’t we all sometimes find ourselves in bad places. And then we ask for example, somebody gets caught stealing, they go to prison, they go to in front of a judge.

What do they ask for? Please, please don't send me where to jail. Now what should they be asking? Lord, help me to change so I don't have to stand in front of the judge. That's why I always say the question we ask always determines the answer we get.

Especially when it pertains to the Lord. I'm not giving you what you didn't ask this man, Peter and James they are writing scripture. As they are doing what they are doing. They don't know that's what they are doing. Are just doing and how are they doing what they are doing?

Let's think again guys, why are they doing what they're doing? Because, mind you, they don't have reference point. Don't have scriptures to go to. They are now just doing stuff. How are they doing this?

Unless we go back to Genesis, how was Adam naming animals? Without the knowledge of what this is, he was just doing it wide. Because there was the leading of the Holy Spirit. So in there we are being shown how to actually carry out our lives.

Because they end up doing something but they have never done this before. This is Acts 3. The church just started. They've never done this ever. So again, behind that you can see that if the Father is writing.

Now let's say God is writing this personal chapter to you. This is now where we have to interact with Scripture. Now when you read this story, you're like, Oh my God, that's a wonderful story.

Now, if you start examining principles, you're like, so the next question is, what does God want me to know? Why did he? Why would the Father? Why would the Father write me this story to me?

Why would God write Acts 3 to me. He's telling me remember, he wants me to know something about him and my original intentions as a human being, the things I was supposed to do as a why is he writing that to me?

Now when you start examining principle, you then realize no, this is not as much as just a historical context behind it. But he's also telling you something because there is a reason why he said out of everything that was ever written. This story has to be in the Bible.

Because he is also showing you and I that even if you have never done something before. If you lean into me, you can tell somebody to go back and find the original intent that God had for them before the beginning of time, even though they were lame from birth.

So if you breakdown just this passage of Scripture. So many principles, because every word is carrying something by itself. And we together is this making any sense? John, 15:5. Anybody's got John 15:5.

Yes, I am the vine. Ye are the branches. He that abideth in me and I in him. The same bringeth forth much fruit for without me ye can do nothing. He's a Father again. Let's go back to the original story.

You are now introducing yourself children that haven't known you. And they are now getting access to who you are as a father. So let's personalize mother Jones. Hey, Mother Jones, this is God speaking to you.

I am the vine. I am the source of life. You are an extension of me. If you stay connected to me. You are going to do things you can see because no tree knows how many how much apples are in that tree. Many seeds are going to come out of they're going to plant other trees and make other things.

So he says you are an extension of me, if you remain. Now, whether I important if you remain. You don't say to somebody who has the tendency of leaving if you remain in me. You say that to somebody, you know at some point they wanna leave.

Now when you read it from the fact that a father is introducing himself to you and making himself known to you so that you can get back to the original intent. And the original plan that he have for you.

If you understand that, you then realize, Oh my God the most important thing that he is pushing me is to make sure that I stay connected. You will bear much fruit otherwise if you what detach you are not going to do anything.

And what proof do we have? You can go back to Genesis, once God separated himself from Adam chaos began. So again Father introducing to. So let's say let's take that kid in Vietnam.

He gets a letter from the father he had never heard of, and now he's excited that, Oh my God, this is you can see, you can see how the Bible starts off, right. Slowly but surely, it starts getting to the hard things.

So here we are now to the hard things and it's like, hey, now that you have found me and now that we've built a relationship, I'm telling you this here, if you want things to go well for you.

If you really wanna know the thoughts and plans I had for you, you better stay connected. So if you are a child in Vietnam, what would how many letters would you write every day. How many phone calls would you make?

Because if you understand what it meant to have no father, and now I have found a father. You're like, I'm not letting him go. Oh, I want and then he tells you, hey, by the way, I knew I was gonna find you someday.

And I have an inheritance. I have stored up. And I want you to get it. How much effort are you putting into this relationship? But again, the key point I'm trying to emphasize today is that we have to personalize the scriptures rather than look at them as a suggestion.

They are not a suggestion. It is letter that God is writing individually to every single one of us to show us who he is in order to bring you back to what I intended in the first place to happen to you and the things that I want you to accomplish and to do.

But that's only going to happen. If this relationship, not if, it stays because the scripture then tells us grow in the knowledge of God, you have to grow in the knowledge of knowing because the more you know me, your eyes are going to open up to a whole different world altogether of possibilities.

You're going to realize what you think is impossible, it's not impossible. Isn't it amazing? Isn't it amazing how when we start to go to church, right. How we sit at the back of the church.

Don't want to do nothing. Don't want to be known. You're hoping you don't bump into your friend that you were with last week over there. You're like, Oh my God. You're trying so much to be discreet, and as soon as they say may the Lord bless you, have a good week.

You’re in your car, you're gone. Then you start attending a few Bible study groups. You start going on there, you hang out with friends from the church. Now can I you want to lift your hands in church.

And you're like, oh. Then finally is 1 then sometimes it's two, then you're like is anybody watching me? Then you move 5 rows from the back. You move 10 rows from the back. In a few years time in growing in the knowledge of the Father or the moment you hear the intro with the piano of the song.

Oh, your hands are up already, tears flowing. Then the next thing. Oh well, we want you to lead prayer. Now we start leading prayer. Then you find out you a few months later you find out that oh, you're not on the schedule for two months.

Now we're mad. Now you’re not putting me on the schedule? Because it's not because we are selfish. It's because what this does to you is that it creates. This hunger to connect with the original intent, and once you find that you never want to let it go, ever.

That's why we get mad with churches. Get mad with people. That's why we get mad when we hear Scripture being butchered. We're like, no, that's not it. Because we are growing in the knowledge of God is the.

The more you grow in it, you realize that your tolerance of stupidity goes high. I know Veronica is smiling at this one because Veronica, if I'm to let you fight everybody. Everybody who messes scripture she's ready.

Because when you grow in the knowledge of who the Father is, you then realize you find yourself in the original intent of what he meant for you to do and to be. And you never want to let it go.

So as we are reading scriptures 2025. I feel that sometimes when we go to reading plans and write things can easily, easily become a chore. That Oh my God, today I didn't read my chapter.

My God now, now there is this listen sometimes you fall in love with something. And you know I read the book of Daniel twelve times in a week. I read it before but I don't know something was going on that week.

And you start seeing things. Now when you think about even how I go to that, I know Vee sent me something about Daniel. Yes, send me a lecture and then the next thing I was on it. Because again, right the Father's quest is to always and continuously introduce himself to you.

So that you grow in the knowledge of who he is and become in touch with the things that he wanted you to do. So let's personalize the way we read Scripture. No duress, no pressure.

Like, oh, I didn't finish it, or this year, or my God and you start feeling guilty because that's what your religious spirit does to get you to feel guilty.

Again, if you think about that child over there in Vietnam. Now I was like you didn't write me this week. We have a problem now. Now they start feeling some kind of way. That's not the love of the father.

That's not his love. Bible plans are great fall of them but one thing you should never ever do as you open this book feel obligated to do it. It should be a joy. Say, man, what is God about to say to me now as I'm opening this because once you do that, your perspective on how you read these changes.

Changes totally and you're like, man, God is about to say something me right now. It changes because it's personal. That's what the scripture is. I'm gonna send notes on 1 Peter, I think I might have said this a year ago, knowing this first that all Scripture, all scripture is not a private interpretation.

You can't just decide in other words, you are reading what the father wants you to know. You don't say this is what I want to know because you don't know what you want to know. He knows what you should know, so I'm giving it to you.

So you know what you should know and become what I want you to become but what you want to become. God does not have plans for 8 billion people. He has one plan. That is numerous plans that he has people in place to fulfill that one plan.

If you think that's why I always say, don't ever think there's revelation that is special just to you. If you ever hear any past and I'm going to say this before we go because we watch a lot of YouTube. We watch a lot of people preaching.

We watch a lot of people say some stuff that you like sounds good. The Bible was written over 1200 years after that, it was canonized. The word Canon means after we agree this is it, we took a lock, locked it, took the key and burnt them.

Which means that the revelation contained this is it. You don't add to, you don't subtract. You don't come up with some clever way of saying what he said already. It's canonized. It's done.

You have no addition. It's unfortunate we  were not born in the era where the scriptures were being written so that our voice would have mattered in the course. God was like, no, you don't have to be here.

Lock this is, done so, no special revelation. No coming up with anything if it does not interpret what's already there. If it does not emphasize what's already there. Don't pay attention to it.

Don't run after dead ends. Do not run after dead end. So if we start as we're reading scriptures, personalize this just think through about what we have said today because it's a very important lesson in understanding scriptures are we together? Any questions? Alright no questions. Let's pray.

Heavenly Father, we thank you for 2025. We know we have plans. We know we lay groundwork for some things and we are praying, Lord, that as we go into 2025 in our efforts to know you better.

Study scripture to understand you. Thank you for Revelation knowledge. Give us a wisdom from you that will bring us to a place of clear understanding. Thank you for desire to study things that we might not understand because we know the others would don't even have this desire.

So I pray, Lord, that in our efforts may you limit the mistakes we make. May you enhance what we see and how we see it. We pray, Lord, that every time we open this book. Let the spirit behind it lead us to a transformative place where we are changed, renewed and made whole.

And brought back to the original intent you had for all of us. I pray that as we make contact with the Father through his word that healing is ours emotionally, mentally, physically. Spiritually.

Every broken place, every lame place from birth even to some things that we did ourselves. That it brought us to a place where you can't recognize us. I pray that as the regenerative power of the Holy Spirit do its work in us.

May you renew our thoughts our minds our spirit and bring us to a place of wholeness. Continue to mold us in your image. So that what we carry and what is revealed through us is the love of the Father and the spirit of the son Jesus in us.

I thank you for the many toils that come our way. Use those as a way to grow us, to strengthen us, to equip us, to make us strong Christians. In a year that is full of uncertainty with all the challenges caused by human wisdom.

I pray that may we be victorious and may we be the people that carry your glory. That'll bring change that will make a difference and that will challenge others to come to the knowledge of who you are.

We desire to hear this question, what must I do to be saved? Praying for healing for any form of sickness and disease for the elderly, we curse Alzheimer's, Dementia. None of these wicked diseases that seek to bring chaos in our elderly amongst us would cause them to the root and say it shall not be so.

We pray for long lives full of intense wisdom, strength, boldness, courage. Pray for our parents. Our mothers, our fathers that in their old age, if none amongst them, if some amongst them don't know you.

May you extend the same grace to them to find you while time is too, in their hands. We want to go to heaven and know that there are others, our mothers, our parents who are waiting for us.

None amongst our families should be lost to this world. So I pray, Lord, because we know it's your desire and your will that every single one of us be saved. So extend the same measure to our mothers, to our parents if none of them know you.

We shut down and break every generational curse that seeks to extend itself in our lives and. Our children. That the things we suffered, the things we went through, that they will not go through them.

Because the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ has brought us to this place, where we can ask for things for righteousness where we can ask for curses to be broken. Lord, if there are things in us that we did that have brought us things or challenges in our lives.

We repent, we ask for forgiveness and we pray that may freedom be part of our existence thank you for extending salvation to us. For choosing us for picking us. Even in this hour to use us as your remnant in the earth.

That is slowly dying. But God, you had mercy on us. You laid your hands on us, caught us into this purpose. Now we ask through our efforts may this God be known because we are choosing to walk rightly before you.

I pray for every plan that every single person has for 2025. God, may you bless it. I pray for the spirit of multiplication. That the little oil that we have may you multiply it so that it will last us a lifetime.

Our children, girls that are growing amongst us. Godly men, Godly men across the board. That none amongst them will suffer any kind of abuse. We send angels on assignment to walk into God with every single one of them, wherever they go.

Wherever they are not with us, we pray for angelic help. Guard our children and our daughters as they go up and down these streets Jesus. We know we live amongst evil men that commit heinous crimes against humanity.

That are detached from the souls of mankind, and I pray, Lord, that our children, none amongst them, will suffer victim to any of these. Help our children, those who are struggling in finding their purpose and plans.

Make it clear to them, even in this week, make it clear to them what they have to do and what they have to walk. If they are in any relationships that are ungodly I pray now, Lord that would be an end to those relationships.

We know how the enemy plays. That we need doesn't ever sit on the table. You come through the door of love and will spot an angel on those door posts that it shall not be so for our daughters and for our sons.

May you continue to bless us in everything that we do. Bless the works of our hands. None amongst us shall be lazy. Give us strength and I pray, Lord, a special prayer for those who are seniors amongst us, just like Caleb..

Says I might be an old man now, but I'm strong today than I was 40 years ago. I want my mountain and I want it now. Answer every grandmas prayer. And answer every grandfather's prayer.

I pray today, because I believe you're hearing us. That is, we are tabling this request before you. When you're caught in heaven sits. May you rule on our behalf. Bring peace to every troubled heart.

Bring clarity to every fog, mind. Bring peace in every home. Remove any spirit of chaos and uncleanliness, laziness, bondage.

Children Lord that are finding themselves in places where they shouldn't be. Tormenting spirits that are sitting on our children in our homes.

I know not that sometimes it gets hard and difficult and we get comfortable living with demonic spirits and I pray Lord, now and forevermore, that in our homes it shall not be so.

We know cleanliness is next to godliness. That you don't bring chaos. That's confusion is not of you. So I pray that there is no confusion in our homes and our children and clatter every mind that seems to drive in clutter in the name of Jesus.

Bless every plan for 2025 we'll not want for anything. We will not need for anything. But Father, your word is true and it's yeah and Amen that you shall supply all our needs according to your riches in glory.

So we stand in your presence acknowledging you for who you are and in all our ways, we are acknowledging you. Now do for us what we cannot do for ourselves and what we can do for ourselves, give us strength, courage, boldness, determination.

Turn our eyes from worthless things and direct them in the path of your command, even in our children once again we’re dedicate these children back to you.

Every single one of them, they are yours. Make your plans and their future known to them and let clarity ensue in their mind in Jesus name. Now, bless us this week, Amen and Amen.
